I'm not sure how to rate this in fairness. We took our pizza to go, and by the time we drove the 15 minutes to get home, the crust was extremely soggy. It was so limp, it was difficult to eat without rolling it up. That's the only reason I gave it a three star review. The ingredients tasted fresh, and I'm hopeful that if it hadn't been soggy it would have been a five-star pizza. We had the Hayden pizza and the flavor combos were delicious.
We stop here every year or so when we come to Post Falls and usually love the pizza. But tonight we ordered the Hells Canyon which, when we opened the box appears to have been cooked too close to those fiery ovens- and tastes the same. While the top is blackened the bottom of the crust is not fully cooked. Hopefully just one bad stop. Staff was friendly and the fried pickles slices were good husband says.
Pretttty disappointing… Had been told this place was hit or miss - it definitely missed. Called in an order - they said 35-40 minutes until it would be ready. I came at exactly 40 minutes, was told they hadn’t even started the order. Online prices were depicted differently than in-person so that was an additional surprise. Got home and yeah…flavorless, expensive pizza. Half of it went in the trash :/ Will not be coming again.
Service is very friendly and good . pizza is awesome with a wonderful selection. Bonus that you can also grab a beer in a family friendly environment inside of the Post Falls brewery. They also just added breadstick bites as a new item, IF you order these please try the great beer cheese sauce that they make for dipping.
Eh... I might have received an isolated pie, but I’m not sure. I love a good crispy crunch, and this should have had it with as well done as it was...blackened!!! this led to a very bitter tasting pepperoni and crust. I also was looking for mozzarella, and it looks like I received cheddar. Not sure if this cheese was yellow because of the grease or in fact it was the wrong kind of cheese. I do love the idea, and would definitely try it again..but only after a few of the beers from the adjunct brewery while starving. Good for convenience, but wouldn’t go out of my way for this stand. Would like to add that they did provide amazing customer service.
Possibly the best pizza I've ever had. The perfect companion to the brilliantly crafted beer at the Post Falls Brewery
Not enough sauce. If you prefer a true artesian pizza this the place for you. Also, they charge for take out.Food: 3/5
Good pizza is so hard to find in Idaho. This one misses the mark. My advice, go to Capone's.Food: 2/5
The service is good. They're very friendly people. The price is pretty good, and the menu is interestingin a good way. I'm not the biggest fan of this pizza. The super thin crust makes the small slices floppy and hard to eat without a fork, even if you fold the slice. The toppings are good quality, but it's kinda hard to enjoy them when you can't really get one solid bite of 'za in your mouth. Also, I don't really care for the crumble-style sausage. Especially combined with the floppy pizza, it rolls right off the slice. Fried pickles were pretty good, though.
Overall, good pizza though sometimes a little burnt on the edge of the crust. I've ordered from Pi-Daho about 5 separate times over the last couple months, and had intended to continue doing so... Unfortunately, the last time I went, the pizzas weren't ready, so I sat at the brewing company and waited about 10 minute. That day, they had their dog there a regular, and I was horrified to see the girl working in the food truck petting the dog and handling pizzas without washing in between this has got to be a sanitation violation!. In addition to that, I watched as she made a to-go box one of mine, and put it down on the floor to wait for the pizza to finish cooking. I will NEVER buy pizza from this place again!
