Both my husband and I see Lisa regularly for back and headache issues, alternating between massage and Acupuncture. She is extremely knowledgable and is able to advise on treatment, causes and preventative measures. She is always punctual and professional and we are really thrilled to have found somebody who we can trust and is able to provide such an excellent level of care.
Lisa and Laura have proven to be both knowledgeable and effective physios. I have been treated by both over a number of years and most recently Lisa, who has provided excellent medical care - both in treating injuries but also injury prevention. I would, and regularly do recommend their services to fellow runners.
I went to Lisa after dislocating my shoulder, in order to regain some strength and mobility. She identified that I had poor posture and rounded shoulders, so I was given various corrective exercises to enable me to rectify this and prevent future injuries. Over the course of a couple of months, I’ve noticed a massive difference in my posture and I am also regaining control of the muscles around my shoulder. She’s not only helped me physically, but mentally I have so much more confidence in using my shoulder day to day, and I no longer feel constantly anxious of it re-dislocating. I couldn’t be more glad that I approached Lisa when I did and I would happily recommend her to anyone!
I hurt my knee on Dec 17th on a spin bike. I saw Lisa on 5th February after waiting 6 weeks for it to heal by itself with ice and ibruprofen and a “fetching” knee brace. In my first visit to Lisa I received a very warm welcome to her extremely clean clinic where I had ultrasound and acupuncture and was given great advice. The acupuncture gave me immediate pain relief. I wish I lived nearer so I could have it every day rather than weekly.
I struggled with my back and neck over the last year. Lisa assessed my injuries and quickly diagnosed the cause of my problems. Lisa treated the effected areas and provided advice on how to improve my my pain and discomfort. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Lisa to anyone.
Outstanding work !!!!! I had problems with my shoulder and neck for ages After having a few sessions of physio and acupuncture the problem has gone and I can have good nights sleep again. Lisa is great and knows her stuff Highly recommend

Lisa is a true professional and puts you at ease. I am a runner and have been treated by Lisa on a number of occasions. Each time Lisa has been able to diagnose the root cause of the problem and has always created a comprehensive treatment plan with a successful outcome.
Both my 11 year old son and i have had cause to use physio2fitness. Lisa was excellent with my son diagnosing his issue and working with him to remedy it. Secondly been excellent with me helping me back to a fully functioning knee.
I’ve have been coming back to Lisa for physio for over 5 years and wouldn’t see anyone else! She’s professional and thorough and has helped me through running injuries, a prolapsed disc and recovery post knee surgery.
