Physiotherapy Alliance is a group of Physiotherapist owned and operated clinics with locations in New Hamburg, Stratford, Wellesley, Milverton, Mitchell and Grand Bend. The clinic’s associates and professional staff are dedicated to providing excellent orthopaedic care; sport, performing arts, motor vehicle accident injury and work injury management; and preventative or rehabilitative health services to the communities we serve.

Our goal is to enable you to participate fully in your athletic, recreational, work or everyday activities through injury prevention, wellness programs, pain relief and injury management specific to your needs.

Most extended health insurance plans cover some or all of our services. Workplace safety insurance or automobile insurance claims may also provide coverage for our services. We also provide home-care visits as needed. Please call our office at 226-963-1022 for more information.

Krysta is the welcoming face you meet upon entering Physiotherapy Alliance. She is well organized and efficiently schedules appointments and adjusts them when necessary. She assists with some exercises and is an encouraging support person. Jill is a highly skilled and well educated personable therapist. She completely focuses on her current patient and never rushes you which is a major advantage in recovery. Jill is very understanding about pain levels and what can affect those levels. She intuitively knows when to push forward with exercises and when to pull back. Her take home exercises are very effective to assist the healing process. I too would rate the staff at this clinic with 10 Stars!
Jill is the best physiotherapist I have worked with and there have been many. She is always ahead of the pack re the latest science and practices. Her warm nature and sensitive touch make time with her a special treat. I am always very happy with results. Krysta handles the administrative side with grace and skill. These two are wonderful!
Jillian was incredible with the care and compassion she provided me. I was in pain, uncomfortable and was off work with an arm injury. She knew exactly where to treat my inflammation and due to her pin pointing what I needed, her treatment plan was highly effective and I was healing up within weeks. She has an very warm bed side manner and and she makes you feel at ease. I felt very well cared for. She also answered all my questions and sent me on way way after each visit with physio exercises I could do at home to feel like I was continually supported. I was extremely grateful for the physiotherapy I was treated with under Jillian’s care. On a side note, Alliance us also a very nice atmosphere to be in. A great location, helpful and friendly front desk staff and a very positive experience when I was in a not so positive situation. I highly recommend. I have sent many people there already. I have been a patient since July 2021 and I highly recommend them to anyone. Krysta the receptionist is a very caring and courteous who conducts herself with a high standard of professionalism. I cannot say enough about my physiotherapist, Jill. She is absolutely truly amazing. She has helped through a very difficult time in my life. Thank you ladies and keep up the great work.
I recommend Physiotherapy Alliance to anyone needing competent and professional care. Jill helped manage my hip pain, both prior to surgery and with physiotherapy afterwards. She helped me recover from a knee injury as well. The printed exercises were of benefit to ensure proper form and were added to or modified as needed. The atmosphere at the Grand Bend location where I received my treatment over a period of several years was friendly and helpful.
I have been going to Jill for a few years now for Vertigo and tendon issues. Jill and her team are exceptional in both knowledge and customer service. I will always be thankful!

Jill is amazing, she is very connected with her clients and always goes the extra mile to ensure you are doing good both physically and mentally. She has a hands-on approach and it is very effective in pain relief as well as the exercises she gives for long term strength and conditioning. Krysta at the front desk is as equally a joy to deal with! I would give this clinic 6 stars if I could!
when i walked into grand bend physio i could not stand up at all thru a Jill's great team process i am healthy today and still working with her on a road to complete health
