Office was well organized, treatment location was clean and not overcrowded. Covid protocol was followed. I have positive results after treatment with PT Lauren. She is young but knowledgeable and detail oriented. I believe she is a great asset to PhysioPlus. Look forward to working with her in future. Overall this is a very good place to undergo professional physiotherapy treatment.
I've been dealing with vestibular issues and it has been difficult getting any help through the pandemic. When I was finally directed to their vestibular specialist Jennifer McConvey and saw her a handful of times, she got me on the right track to dealing with my issues and the exercises she taught me have helped me greatly. My long-list of balancing tests at Toronto General Hospital, done in 2021 and then a year later in 2022 are proof to this. The whole team at Physio Plus are great as my wife sees a couple other therapists. But Jennifer is awesome. She genuinely cares, is knowledgeable in her field, and she works hard to help people feel better.
I go to PhysioPlus Health Group monthly to see my osteopath, Erica, to maintain balance and flexibility and reduce tightness from exercise. She is very professional, friendly and makes me feel comfortable during the sessions. I'd definitely recommend her to friends and family who are looking for a more gentle approach to healing and improving mobility that osteopathy offers.
The team at PhysioPlus has been so helpful and really engaged in getting me back to feeling my best. Not only do they show you exercises to help between sessions, but they sent helpful videos so you can ensure you're doing them correctly. Definitely feel like I'm getting the best possible care from Jennifer, Monica, and the rest of the team.
Lauren Kanko is my physiotherapist, and she is instrumental in helping me recover. Her professionalism helped to manage my frozen shoulder pain and to make significant improvements with its mobility. Lauren takes a detail-oriented approach to assessment and care, tailoring her treatment and recommendations to her patients’ current specific needs. She is professional and friendly at the same time, extremely responsive to questions, knowledgeable, cares a lot about her clients, honest and has a wonderful personality.
I have had a fantastic experience at PhysioPlus. The staff are very helpful and create a warm and welcoming environment. My experience with Chiropractor, Jeff has been very positive. Jeff validated my concerns and has provided me with good treatment solutions and support.
I have some problems with shoulder/ arm and I need physiotherapy. To choose best physiotherapist I went through many websites and checked lots of people’s reviews. I choose the best, Sarah is extremely professional, after first therapy I had better sleep at night. I know I need more sessions but for now I just want to extend my appreciation towards Sarah and say thank you!
The care I have received from Sarah and the staff at physioplus is second to none. Sarah has been an absolute gem, she not only has helped me with my physical ailment she provided me with the mental encouragement that I needed to get over my injury.. I would highly recommend Sarah to anyone in need of physiotherapy, she is super knowledgeable and friendly.. Thank for all that you have done for me Sarah, you are the best
My experience with physio health group has been excellent. From the initial handoff by the surgeon, their constant contact with the surgeon, their ability to identify, target and address the underlying problems, their really listening to my questions/concerns/challenges, the whole process of custom bracing, adjustment and subsequent support needs. Everyone is very knowledgeable, their experience is evident, and despite treating serious injury they manage to make it a pleasant experience.
I did not have a positive experience with the patient care at Physioplus. I was recovering from a stroke and had their senior therapist treat me and she was fine, but when she left to go to another employment, there was no follow up. I was left in the lurch as I did not have anyone take over her to treat me. Despite my phone calls, no one called me back even though the receptionist promised me they would.
