Exceptional!! Pierre-Olivier Joyal at Physio Extra on Mont-Royal in the Plateau is a class above. He is thorough, thoughtful, super helpful, supportive, realistic, professional, genuine & enthusiastic. I highly recommend him & my experience with all staff at Physio Extra have been excellent. If this standard is maintained, it will always be my first ‘go to’ for any injuries, pain or weak points or as a preventative measure to look after my body.

I had a great experience with PhysioExtra Mont Royal. Staff was friendly, and it was easy to make an appointment. I struggled with lower back pain coming from slipped disc. My physiotherapist Pierre-Olivier has recommended ways to adjust my day-to-day habits and provided exercize plans. His care and support helped me get better in a very short amount of time, and adapt a more sustainable way of working and running. Thank you!

I went to PhysioExtra for low back pain issues. I worked with Pierre-Olivier and he was so helpful! He gave me simple but effective exercises to work on and now my back is doing so much better just after a few sessions. Highly recommended!
