A nice little park with a short looped trail, a couple ponds and dog off leash area. Some spots around the ponds were wet, wet, wet. There were a bunch of trees blossom, not sure they were sakura, cherry or something else. It was a Saturday morning, it was not busy. The gravel paved road needs some repair.
I swear this is the one of the best park : long enough trail and grass off leash dogs area, spacious parking lot. Everything is lovely
Great dog park. They have a small dog section as well. Good trails.
Such a gorgeous spot. The community gardens are incredible and the off leash dog park looks lovely. Just so peaceful.
Very muddy. Looks like park is not maintained. But most importantly, I would never come back because we had a very bad experience with Richmond Hill city employee here. We were having a dog meet-up here on a Saturday afternoon celebrating dogs’ birthdays and the park was empty except us. When we were about to leave, out of the blue, a city employee walked into the park with smile in her face and asked us if all our dogs are licensed. She said we need to share all our information with her if the dog is not licensed. We told her we were about to leave but she threatened to fine us $300 lol or she will run our plates in the parking lot lol. We wasted 15minutes entertaining her because she wouldn’t let us leave. I’ve been to many other dog parks in Toronto in the past 3 yrs and I’ve never experienced this. This was my first time trying a park in Richmond Hill park and I learned the lesson; this city would do anything to get more money from anyone. Who builds a public dog park and sends an employee to trap all dog owners for more $$? AVOID all parks in Richmond Hill at all cost if your purpose of visit is to enjoy your time with your dog.
Really nice park with easy walking trails, community gardens, historic buildings, boardwalks, ponds and picnic areas making it a fun area to explore. Also lots of free parking
A nice park with an easy trail along the creek n pond area. Some wetland areas for bird watching. Parking is free and easy walk for all ages. There is also a dog park for leash off. Great for picnic and bbq.
Very nice off leash dog park, it’s lined with trees on the inside so the dogs have more to explore, there are no hills so you can always see your little pup, and the waste disposal is massive, enclosed, and inside the gates! The walk to get there is also only a minute or 2 from parking.
Nice and cute park, there are two sections for the gated dog park. One is smaller for dogs to meet and play with each other and another part that is much larger for dogs to run and play fetch!
Good park, nice easy trails, flowers and trees around. I love specially a few little ponds at this park, peaceful place for all family. There are Only a few picnic tables in this park
