PHW Homes has a really solid family team to help my brother and I build our houses and laneway houses in Vancouver. From planning, to permits and plans, you would be in good hands with this company that has many years of experiences and happy clients. Kenny and Paul have done an amazing job on the construction of our dream home. They walked us through the process and took the time to really make sure we were comfortable before we signed our contract. They were not pushy and and took the time to educate us about the process and it has turned out amazing! The two of them are on site all the time and will work with you to ensure that the work quality meets your expectations. Many speak of the frustrations with builders, but that is not the case with PHW Homes. They are easy to get along with, communicate effectively and are extremely reliable. These compliments extend to the trades people as well. They have developed strong relationships and it shows in how the trades communicate with you and PHW homes. Thanks to Kenny, Paul and Puna our home was built on schedule and we couldn't be happier with how things have turned out. We highly recommend them and would love to do this again!

I have had the great opportunity and pleasure of working with Kenny at PHW Homes Inc. as his HVAC installer. Whenever I arrive on the job site, the new home build is always clean, tidy and orderly despite being in a construction zone. PHW Homes are professional and have their clients’ best interest at heart – not to mention their really beautiful custom home designs. After seeing the quality of his work, I would for sure hire PHW Homes for my own home one day.

As a licensed home Inspector I have inspected numerous new homes and unfortunately the results are not what you would expect. This is not the case with PHW Homes. After inspecting several of there new homes I was very impressed with the quality of construction and their detailed finishing . I have also referred PHW Homes, to a friend and client of mind, to build a laneway home for them. During and after construction I visited the project. Again the quality was exceptional and Kenny was very approachable and friendly/helpful not only to me but the client that I had referred him to also.They loved the PHW experience!! I worked closely with Kenny and PHW Homes for the new website. I had many field trips to the homes under construction and also completed. I found the quality of work to be of extremely high standards. The best part though is working with Kenny and Paul, great fun and super nice people. PHW Homes operated by Paul and Kenny constructed two houses for us in Vancouver and we were very pleased with the results. They guided us through each stage of the process and they were efficient, friendly and professional at each stage. The houses turned out to be of a high quality with up-market finishes for a reasonable cost. We finished them on budget and sold them for a profit. We are also grateful that Paul and Kenny followed up with our house buyers and made sure their needs were met even after we sold the houses.

My wife and I dreamed of building a brand new custom home and lane way. We are lucky to have met Paul and Kenny of PHW Homes. They were very professional, understanding and were always accommodating to our requests. I recently worked with PHW Homes on one of their Lane-way houses in Vancouver. As an owner of a custom cabinet shop and long time trades person I have worked with many general contractors and developers over the years. I found the team at PHW Homes to incredibly professional and a pleasure to work with. They are excellent communicators hugely important in construction, run a clean and efficient site and have an attention to detail that is second to none. The end result is among one of the nicest projects I have work on in my 18 years. Highly recommended.
