Phog Lounge is not like any other bar i Windsor. It' truly unique and stands out from the rest. I watched a few lovely jazz shows this past summer and I would highly recommend Phog to anyone whom desires something different and refreshing.
Deep fryer wasn’t working, so couldn’t order half the menu. They offered to sell us bags of chips though! Credit/debit machine was broken and couldn’t use they’re atm to pull cash because that too was broken. This place is a joke..

from all the way back in my younger years when it was the Eclectic Cafe, the Phog Lounge does not disappoint. The music was great, our fellow patrons were enjoyable to be around, and our visit and drinks were worth it!
