Ordered 2 Vietnamese iced coffees and one Vietnamese hot coffee for delivery. Received 3 iced coffees. Coffee itself tasted good, but far too much ice. 3 to 4 sips of coffee and the drink was finished. Definitely Not worth the price. Won’t be ordering again.
Friend and i went for dinner here December 23, 2021 Thursday at 1952hrs we requested chili sauce or chili oil for our yummy taste but suddenly the staff “jake” the young guy forgot to served what costumer need, The restaurant isn’t busy or if you do something you can go to the costumers to apologized if you can’t give it right away,. Thats why i give only 1 star because there is no beans sprouts as well,.they give alternative options which is lettuce ,. We finished our food with out chili sauce. The staff make sure give the attention to the costumer…not satisfied at all..
The servers were terrible: the customers who came after me served water and food first. My food was forgotten to cook, dessert came before food. The server was laughing with apologies. For me very rude: noodle taste ok, but no worth to go here again.
Consistent. Been going for 10 years and they have bad none the best beef satay pho around. The same staff for the most part for years and their prices are very reasonable. Their pho broth is yummy and always fresh. It’s our families go to for pho on a cold day. Their Vietnamese coffee is authentic as well. Love their salad rolls too. Yes they use MSG, but I have yet to find a Vietnamese place that doesn’t. I hope they are around for years to come. They staff us always kind and treat us well. We have done take out too and that is also good.
Had a beef satay and peanut pho and it was delicious. I've also had their subs before and they're also really good but I can't get over how flavorful, hearty and warming that soup is. I'll keep coming back just for that.Food: 5/5
This is the most inept restaurant I have ever ordered from. Took 2.5 hrs to get my cold dinner. The delivery fellow called me to advise when the order was coming. The restaurant lied about the time to be delivered, the restaurant then ripped off the driver for the amount of the tip I gave and delivery fee. Do not order from this restaurant you will be left angry and Hungary and the delivery fellow ripped off. I called a total of 6 times to see when my food was coming only to be called by the driver letting me know he had also sat for 40 minutes waiting to pick up the delivery. Really this has been a total rip off.
Our most recent take out order was sub-par. The beef in the salad rolls was dry and one of the rolls fell apart, there was a big tear in it which was on the underside where you couldn’t see it. Won-tons in soup were uncooked so we had to microwave them. The “sate” in the pho is just a squirt of peanut sauce. The soup is good otherwise though, with lots of noodles, beef, onions, sprouts and basil. The usual limes were missing so there were lemons instead? This place was better several years ago.
Decent value for vermicelli bowls, and the grilled pork/beef are excellent. The service format is a mix between traditional and fast food; you seat yourself and then get a waiter's attention when you want to place the order. From the time we walked in until getting our food was about 10 minutes. Everyone was friendly but they don't really check on each table throughout the meal but I had no problem with this. 17A pictured is HUGE and good for sharing with my kids.
I lived across the street when they opened. That place was probably the most magical place I had ever eaten at. The quality of the food has changed over the years so damn much that they taste no different from just another local pho restaurant. Such a shame.
I was the first customer there a when they opened at 11am. Waited over 25 min for a bowl of pho. It’s more ridiculous to think about because I was the only customer in there. Talk about lack of preparation. What a joke.
