Almost perfect ! Very tasty food, the soup base is excellent, the presentation is 100%, the atmosphere & decor is beautiful. We love it ! By the way, they take credit card payment, another thumb up. The only area for improvement is the communication skill of the waiter. The guy who initially try to take order from us seemed to have some language issue and did not understand we were trying to order one specific item as a side. I had to ask another staff to complete taking order from us.
Such an amazing experience!! I was surprised with the nice decoration and how they present the food so impressively. Also, the food was great and the staffs were friendly. One little thing is that the tofu was not too crispy enough and the sausages were dry a bit. In general, the services were very good so I still gave them a solid five-star Definitely coming back!!
NOT recommended for food quality and owner’s attitude Love the decoration. However, the food doesn’t taste excellent with the price. I ordered Bun Bo Hue takeout for tomorrow's lunch when I dine in with my group at night. The soup base is not authentic but it is acceptable for me and I won’t order it again, to be honest. However, the thing is the food smells stale! The vermicelli and pork sausage were rancid and slimy. How is it supposed to happen even I placed the food in the fridge? How dare I gonna eat The restaurant should work on its quality and storage issues. Not recommened for authentic Vietnamese food. Never return for food quality in general. It was ridiculous when the owner didn't know how to apologize and accused me of being his competitor. I will leave the picture below I used to come here and review it honestly. Waste my money on stale food and my tips with an awful attitude. Thanks. It’s not a joke. I posted a photo meaning I used to come to this place not like the owner accuse me. When I came lately I haven't taken any pic but I cut a pic from a video on our group so not quality. Or should I say your Bun Bo was contained in the plastic box with meat and vermicelli together????? Is it enough clear for you owner? Stop being ridiculous and work on food quality.
Love the atmosphere and the food was amazing. They have a unique way of food setup that makes it look appetizing and authentic. The taste is 10/10. However, customer service still needs some improvements. I guess it was peak time but our table wasn’t clean properly and there was food on the bench. Our order was switched out to something else without notifying us. However, we wanted to try the menu anyway so we wouldn’t care. This is probably the place I would take my friends and introduce them to Vietnamese cuisine. Beautiful decoration! Great job!
It was my first time at this restaurant. And I’d recommend this place to anyone!! It was a definitely 10/10 in terms of food, atmosphere, and the service. I went with my husband for dinner. I’ve been to Vietnam before and I’m not Vietnamese but let me tell you!! It taste exactly like the food I had when I went travelling. Reminded me how much I missed Vietnamese food. I will definitely be a regular here from now on
This restaurant is a must try. Traditional Vietnamese dishes and some delicious northern Viet dishes. Can’t wait to go back and try some of the other options. Took awhile to get our dishes and they came out at separate times. This could be due to the grand opening week and they either weren’t prepared or a little overwhelmed. Hoping this will change as time goes on. Again, this restaurant is a must try. The food was unbelievable and the experience with the hot stone bowl was worth it. Come with an appetite because these portions will leave you more than satisfied. Lots of parking available, however, this plaza can get busy. You can also park behind the restaurant, where there is more space. Vegetarian options: Some vegetarian options Parking: The restaurant is in a plaza with lots of parking, but this plaza can be busy. This Pho restaurant truly stands out. The interior decor is stylish and the ambiance is delightful. What impresses me further is the prompt response from the staff. The food is innovatively designed, priced appropriately, and comes in generous portions. Moreover, the taste is absolutely delicious without being dominated by any odd flavors. Restaurant is very clean and well maintained. Great atmosphere, music was bumping! Very friendly service and food was delicious. I recommend the Vietnamese iced coffee as well as the bun dau mam tom. We'll definitely be coming back!Food: 4/5
First time experiencing this authentic Vietnamese cuisine! The food was delicious! And the menu was so different than any other Vietnamese restaurant. Atmosphere was relaxing and modern. If you want to try something new. Definitely this place is way to go!Food: 5/5
Good food with a spacious atmosphere. Iced coffee is a hit or miss with how sweet/bitter it is but the pho is very good. Had been looking for a new go to since my favourite pho restaurant closed down. I would definitely recommend trying #18.Food: 5/5
