Hands down the best place to get Pho in Utica. By far. This place is on another level. I’d eat here every day if I could.
So flavorful and huge portions for an amazing price. They have delicious hot oil to spice it up if you desire. Servers and staff are super friendly.
Cozy place to have dinner in budget. A lot of dishes to choose from the menu. Regular sized noodles are pretty full filling . Bubble Thai tea was delicious.
The inside of this place looks like it may have once been office space. Maybe a place that sells insurance. Now they serve a great bowl of Pho. Also, try the fried tofu.

Pho Mekong is the best authentic Vietnamese/Thai food in all of Central NY. Excellent portions at much better prices! My #1 favorite dish there is the Beef Stew! Oh my Lord! It is heavenly!
