This place is delicious!! Definitely hits the “pho” craving The only downside is they don’t have the red pepper to make it spicy, but other than that this place is a 10:10. Plus, outstanding boba
I love it here usually, I don't know if this was a language barrier or what but I was given RAW meat on my steak pho. I am pregnant and could get sick from this as well as it could harm my baby. I called them and they told me they could give me a refund or give me something new because she thought I wanted the meat on the side. I just don't think that getting new food or a refund cuts it at this point. They didn't even try to cook it. I told her I would want the meat on the side at first and then said I would like it out of the meal completely just like the broth really even so knowingly handing raw meat to a customer should be illegal. I don't know what restaurant would feel good about handing raw meat like this out the window. I am deeply saddened by this experience.
Was a pretty good pho soup, was really good taste, quality, and the flavor was really great. The beverage of fruits was good just need to keep all the ingredients to have available all options. But was delicious. My favorite smoothie was mango. Next time I will recommend to the helper to bring the food to dining in, be more nice. The asiatic girl she was amazing but the other one need to be better. Thanks!!!
I just ordered from here and was very disappointed. I always order the summer rolls and the avocado rolls and they are always awesome. But not today. Whoever made my summer rolls didn't do a good job. It looked like a 3 yr old rolled it and the sauce was awful! It was very salty.. I really regret going there today.
We used to love this place. Then one day I was looking through the drive through window while waiting for my drink and the young girl preparing it was sprinkling the fruit in my cup with her BARE HANDS!! She acted like it wasn't a big deal when I confronted her and I got my money back. DISGUSTING!!!! No regard for cleanliness when people are watching so I can't imagine what takes place where we can't see!
Drinks are really good but food isn't a favorite. Point system could be better, it's hard to get points for any type of rewards. Would also like to see them give more offers like coupons or special deals that would benefit customers more than the type already offered.
I got a fruit tea. It was healthy and yummy. They had an environmentally friendly lid on my drink, which I appreciated. It's a beautiful restaurant and the service was very friendly.Food: 4/5
Pho Hoa until today was my go to pho restaurant in the area. I don't know what changed, but the Broth has become flavorless beef Broth, Lemons instead of limes, the teas aren't even the good flavor. It tastes like they started dumping in coffee Creamer to the Thai tea. Whatever the change is, I now revise my prior rating to a 1.
The food was made promptly; and was quite delicious! The staff was friendly and helpful with menu question. There are some small details that will need some attention, but I have no doubt this place will become a popular staple for Hobart.
I used to love this place and this was my second time going to this location after the pandemic started but i just keep finding bugs in my pho. I seen it in my first bowl and went back to exchange and of course, I got more bugs in my new pho now. Sadly I will not be returning here, I hope these photos reach out to everyone else.
