Pho Bistro

2 stars because fresh rolls were edible I suppose. Though peanut sauce is thin and "watered" down and not very good. Ordered well done flank rice noodle soup. Flank is one of the leanest cuts of beef. What is got is pure lard.This is not a flank part of the cow that's for sure. Also very small amount of meat for a portion like that. Broth is too sweet. Increase your prices and serve normal food not this. Never ordering again.

Came here with family. Server was very friendly and sat is down immediately. After ordering food came really quickly, and very hot. Food itself was really good. Deep fried crispy roll was hot and flakey on the outside, grilled pork balls charred nicely and good flavor, pho itself had good amount of beef artifacts and noodles and broth. Went here for lunch today. Had the special pho. The broth was great. There could have been a little more meat but delicious none the less. Also they had substituted Frank's hot sauce for Sriracha because they said there is a shortage. They did have chili sauce paste which was a good substitute. The service was very quick and friendly. I will definately return.

Definitely starting my visit off on a good note after having dinner here. Large pho with steak and meatballs. I also ordered a cafe sua da that was tasty!

After a long day our family decided to eat out and ordered Pho and vermicelli. Usually when you are super hungry everything tastes good. But this was the worst place I had ever been. I only had 4 thin beef pieces in my Pho. Please go some where else. I will not be visiting this place. Broth had no flavour,,, everything too sweet.

Ordered PHO via Ubereats from this place..they were closing in an hour at the time. Received old soup - it was cold and also had had hoisin sauce already mixed in tasted very sweet and dark colored. I suspect I was sent soup from someone's left over. Why else would there be hoisin sauce in it? Did not eat and threw it out. Avoid at all cost!!!!

The worst pho in the region. The broth is like water, and if you find meat in it, it is tough and tasteless. I think it has gone downhill since the year it opened, and the people running it are living off the initial reputation it had. I consider myself a pho expert, and this is was the worst.

Fantastic food every time I come here, the vermicelli bowl and the fried egg and grilled chicken dishes are delicious! As for their spring rools and fresh rolls, the 101 fried roll is phenomenal, and the fresh shrimp and pork rolls have a lot of flavour and is always enjoyable. The first couple of times we ate here the service wasn't great but now they have changed their dynamic of their service its been fantastic, most of the staff is polite and gets what you need immediately. We usually come with our two year olds and so of course we ask for extra plates and they are so amazing they have kiddy plates for them which makes them excited! And prices are amazing for the amount of food you receive. Check this place out, it's very good.
