This is another gem of a place in Stouffville. A family run restaurant serving Vietnamese cuisine. After having tried other Pho places in GTA this is my first choice and go to place to enjoy a fresh bowl of pho. They serve no fuss, homely food, simple but flavourful. Till date I have never been disappointed with the quality, taste and quantity. This is soul satisfying food which one can enjoy alone or with company! A must try for all! My fav is curry chicken rice noodle soup
Gotta be Stouffville’s best restaurant. Super delicious and fresh tasting food. Really friendly staff and priced really well. Been to a number of Pho restaurants in the Markham area, and this is by far my favourite. Just moved to Stouffville and was looking for restaurants nearby and found this little gem. Ordered the Vermicelli w/grilled pork and spring roll also a fried rice takeout. Food was great and so as service. Will go back to try their satay soup noodle
I stumbled upon this place driving around while looking for decent pho. It's hit and miss sometimes when rolling the dice. Thought I test out this place with decent reviews and in the middle of nowhere Stouffville. To my surprise, the prices are very reasonable being $11.50 for regular bowl, and $12.50 for a large. I went with a large and the bowl was served very quickly and was actually quite delicious! I got the special minus tripe and it did not disappoint! Also tried their Vietnamese ice coffee and it was legit with the little coffee dripper and everything! Was so satisfied that I'm definitely going to recommend anybody that's a pho person to check out!
Good for the price and considering the location We ordered the spring rolls, P1 Special pho, and P7 add spicy sate soup. The spring rolls were good - crispy and tasty. We found the P1 pho soup on the sweeter end and thought the soup could be a lot more beefy. The P7 pho was good but I thought it could be a lot spicier - I like my soup very spicy The service is excellent and owners are super friendly! Generally, we would come back if we were really craving pho or didn’t want to make the drive down to markham
This is the only viet restaurant in the area, and it has the best pho! If you have cooked bean sprouts, they will add them into the soup for you. How convenient! The service is superb, and the food is delicious. The pho broth is not salty yet flavourful. Bonus is that the menu has Chinese.Food: 5/5
enjoy the food here, I always get the chicken rice noodle soup and LOVE adding some hot sauce to it. It looks a bit oily in the photo but it does not taste so whatsoever. also I really enjoy that the chicken is grilled.
Rare beef noodle soup is savory and perfect for a cold, rainy day. Fresh bean sprouts and mint for adding to soup. Sriracha sauce on table top. Soup is 5 star! Parking: Street parking
Amazing food! Authentic flavours! Excellent customer service! Definitely recommend the spring rolls and vermicelli bowls! Incredible care and consideration taken in packaging the food for take-out.
Pho Basil is a fantastic family-run Vietnamese restaurant located in Stouffville, Ontario. I recently enjoyed a warm bowl of pho there, and it was one of the best I've had in the Greater Toronto Area. The broth was flavourful, the noodles were cooked perfectly, and the toppings were fresh and delicious. The owners were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making me feel like part of the family. I highly recommend Pho Basil to anyone looking for an authentic and delicious Vietnamese dining experience in Stouffville.
