Amazing Vietnamese food.. the best vermicelli I've ever had! and I've tried many. A really nice ratio between noodles and vegetables, and the pork was perfectly seasoned. My friend ordered the pho, which was also very delicious. Savoury, sufficient portions and fairly priced. The service was also great, and my friend and I appreciated the fish tank at the front

One of the best place to eat for Vietnamese food in downtown especially around Robson st. Their proportion is big and price is cheap compare to other Vietnamese restaurants. The restaurant has modern and nice look so it makes the experience even better. Their lemon grass noodles are the bomb and worth the money. My first time was good experience and would come back again for pho and lemon grass noodle. Highly recommend for others to try their Vietnamese dish

This was a very average Vietnamese food experience experience. Their Richmond location is 5 stars but the recipes must be different here. The rice was hard and dry, the flavours were average, and things just didn’t taste that fresh. Edible, but it was like mall food court quality this visit.

This is one of my favorite soup places downtown Vancouver. The spicy Hue was delicious and worth the wait. Can't wait to come back. Portion sizes were very generous. Very clean and fresh atmosphere.Food: 5/5

My first time here and tried the Bun Bo Hue. Apparently, it is one of the best sellers. I can see why. The soup is delicious and rich in flavour. Just the right balance of fat and mouth feel. Lemongrass forward and spicy. It has the traditional ingredients of pork blood and hock. There’s only one size and it’s huge - probably enough to feed two people.

Visited Pho 37 on a recent trip to Vancouver. Had the pork spring rolls, Chicken Satay soup and Rare Beef pho. Overall, the meals were good. I enjoyed that the Chicken Satay soup was made with peanuts. I was disappointed that there was only 1 size of soup. For my husband, it wasn't enough and for me it was too much. The beef pho didn't have as much noodles, and the flavor was decent. Service was about average. Giving this place a 4 star because we've had better, but it was good enough to go back again!

Pho 37 was recommended to us by friends. They suggested we order the sample platter for two which is on the online menu not dine in menu. Had a lovely chat with our server while we waited for our meal. The platter was the best! We enjoyed this dining experience in a safe, bright, clean and comfortable environment. We’ll be back to try more menu items.

Best pho that I've had outside Vietnam! The broth was rightfully the highlight of the show - the broth was very rich / complex and for once, I didn't have to drink litres of water afterwards because they don't use MSG. They were also generous with portions and service was friendly..

Food and service were both exceptional. I’ve been a long time customer of their Ironwood location and I instantly recognized the same quality Vietnamese style BBQ they are known for. Their name is Pho37 but it’s their meat dishes that truly shine for me.

Dope Vietnamese grub! We started with a Gỏi cuốn which was really good, very fresh and vibrant tasting, huge yummy fat rolls stuffed with super tasty filling and plenty of wholesome ingredients. The satay dressing was also perfect and a great blend, so good that I added it additionally to my satay veggie pho! The satay noodle soup is the best I have ever had, super yummy in which words cannot describe and an awesome experience. I could eat this for days and is a rad alternate for veggies so you get to have a nice tasting broth that isn't bland from just vegetables and minimum effort, nor also isn't meat-based broth. A solid and for sure Pho, fantastically and lipsmackingly delicious. Staff advised it'd be super spicy and handed me a bunch of chillis but wasn't as hot as I'd hoped or thought. Without a doubt, this joint is an unquestionable five star without hesitation when solely based on the food. An ultimate perfect way to top off a fantastic experience end of week and bring on the weekend vibes! Support local businesses!
