First time there. Ordered the Pad Thai with shrimp. Congealed dry vermicelli noodles, completely tasteless. Came with 4 unseasoned shrimp. Paid 20.00 for a drink and food. Better off throwing my money in the garbage.
Mike and crew are brilliant! It’s a very simple menu, and they nail them all. At least, all the items I have ordered. My go-to is the eponymous sandwich - spicy, w pork. Pictured. Delicious food. The Phnom Penh sandwich with the lemongrass beef was so flavorful. The Khmer iced coffee and the sticky rice were also very good.
Absolutely delicious! I had the phenom penh sandwich with lemongrass beef and it was so good. The fresh bread was incredible. It was my first time here but I will definitely be back. Fast & pleasant service, too.
Great looking menu, obviously very busy with take out, and everything was made fresh. I was taken by surprise by the banh mi sandwich, which was unlike any other I've had, but I've never eaten any outside the US, so what do I know? Also, the surprise was my own fault - if I had read the menu closer I would have seen that it described exactly what I received. If banh mi is usually your thing, read carefully and then decide if you'd like to try it, or go for another option. The crispy vegetarian spring rolls were delicious.
I've heard talk about how great this place is ever since I moved to leb and I gotta say they weren't wrong. The service was great and the food tastes amazing. Highly recommended!
Great tasting food and amazing prices. Can't ask for more at all. Spent $40 and got three entrees, two apps, one dessert, and two drinks. Each entree provided 2 meals. The pad thai wasn't a creamy saucy pad thai, drier but every bit of good flavor as you hope for. We tried the curry chicken, teriyaki chicken, lemongrass beef, and ginger beef. All meat options were delicious. Their chili sauce provided additional heat like actual thai chili heat for spicy food lovers like me. The fried rice entree had good flavor and depth. The sweet sticky rice was delicious with a coconut cream sauce on it. The star was the lemonade mint drink and thai iced tea. Totally recommend trying this place if you like thai/oriental food. Note it is a order out only place though you could stand at either bar by the windows and eat no chairs provided.
