Just keeps getting worse, too bad they are the only ones withing 45 minutes or i wouldn't waste my time or money with them

Worst customer I’ve ever experienced at a drug store. Trying to get them to take your insurance is an absolute joke. Do yourself a favor and just drive to the rapids. Feel super bad for the community they deserve way better!

I swear they don’t know how to answer a phone, I’ve tried several times in one day to get ahold of them to refill my meds, nearly impossible! Phillips pharmacy at least picked up the phone when you called.

Ive never run into any real world unsolvable issues with pharmacy. You must keep in mind there are only pharmacy in Adams Friendship. With that said they have a heavy work load at times. And i feel they do the best job they can..

Called in scrip tried to pick up 2 days later- they had not filled nor called. I’m completely out of my blood pressure meds. 55 mi later still waiting.

Went to fill my script,yes it's hydrocodone.never had a problem before. EVER,, lady came out and told me she didn't feel comfortable filling something I've been on for years,,the way she looked at me and judging me pissed me off...not everyone is a FREAKING drug addict..I can see why this pharmacy and the clinic have such a bad rap..she should be fired....

Terrible customer service. Waited well over an hour only to be told after asking multiple times they couldn’t figure out our insurance.

Always nice people, friendly service.

Amazed at the ignorance, rudeness and arogence of the staff towards customers here.

Staff are nice, but shopko's pharmacy has always done better to provide the medical supplies and medication I've needed.
