This is cute little dive bar. Everyone was friendly, drinks and food was good. One of those places that everyone knows everyone.

Have to visit Phills while passing through Chetek. Fish fry is amazing
Good food. First winter for fish fry, that was great. Then came back for the hamburger, that was just as good.
Phil's food is very good, environment is solid, staff is nice! I am.alwayd happy to go to this bar even though I am not a townie, I feel welcome and am happy I made the trip! Thanks guys! -Clay Olson
Awesome Friendly place with absolutely delicious bar food. Incredible chicken and waffles & stacked burgers! The staff will make you feel welcome on your very first visit!
