This is my Pharmacy and above all I love the techs behind the counter. Pharmore techs are truly qualified, highly skilled and satisfied every request I throw at them for so many years. They have helped me with so many benefits that I didn't know that I was entitled to and offer true care. Extremely attentive, totally problem free service, always ready to help. All my meds are in stock, never any backorders, I have been a customer since the first day they open their Markham location and although, I moved out from the area 20 km away, I will forever continue seeking their outstanding services. Their out of town delivery is prompt and all the correct meds delivered like clock work. Truly outstanding. Thank you Pharmore and yes I do receive far more than I deserve from Pharmore Pharmacy.

In these times of uncertainty we are all scared and nervous. The staff at Pharmore were extremely helpful and answered my questions where others just brushed me off. I took my daughter to have a PCR test done, yes they were extremely busy and yes i had to wait a bit BUT we must understand they are doing their job as fast as they can to help out their community. So please have some patience as we are all trying to get through this. THANK YOU to the staff at Pharmore for doing a great job.

I called to have a PCR test take home package made so I can do my test. When I went to pick it up, I walked in the pharmacy to ask about the whereabouts of the package, as it was not in the box. The pharmacist RUDELY scoffed at me and said “we already explained to you to wait in your car. Go wait in your car”. The attitude this man gave me?? As I’m waiting in my car, my test is never brought out, and then the pharmacy closed. I called to ask if they are going to bring it out, and no one answered. They wasted my time. They were rude to me for something so small, and now I haven’t been tested. Thanks for this awful service. Never coming here again.

They are so quick and will act on your behalf without you even needing to ask.

One of the pharmacists has a very condescending attitude. Have recently been asked by my insurance to be careful here as they do not usually offer a generic option. Meaning higher prices and quicker use up of your benefits. Stay clear!
