Only been here a few times and the staff are decently nice. The pharmacist, Winston, really stood out to me. He was caring and informative, even remembered me when I called a week later with some questions. He is the standard of a pharmacist in my opinion, and deserves much recognition.
Very unprofessional and rude. They clearly don't want to sell medicines. Denied receiving prescriptions from the doctor twice and repeatedly asked me to go to my nearest pharmacy store. Not sure how they concluded that it was not my nearest store. Seems to be particularly disrespectful to me visible minority compared to other native customers.
They treat customers really bad. And when they don't agree with you, they do not give you your medicine until the MD reconfirm his own prescription, becausethey say they are "responsible". But when you ask their name, because they messed up, and they supposed to be responsible, they will not give you their names, so you are not able yo make a formal complaint. I do not recommend this pharmacy to any chronic person.
My fav local pharmacy. Everyone who works here is lovely.
Worst pharmacy services ever. Don't go there, there's a shoppers drugsmart just one block away. If you have medication sent to this address, please change it asap. That tall Asian girl is so rude and hates her job. Everyone that works in this pharmacy just hates working there and it shows. They'll show it to you. Just rude, unprofessional, irritating and poor customer service skills.
Lady at the pharmacy was quite rude and unprofessional. She did not give me a straight answer when asking if they had rapid COVID-19 test kits. First she said they have them for $40, then when I mentioned its for my father who is over 70, she then says that they need to order them in. I then asked her for recommendations on other pharmacies that may have test kits in stock and was replied with a sarcastic "good luck" and a smirk.
Accepted my compound prescription no problem. When I called HOURS later that same day to ask when it would be available for pickup, they said they wouldn't be able to pick it up within the next 2 WEEKS!! as their "manager is on vacation and she is the only one who can do compounds" they then went on to inform me there, obviously, will be a backlog of prescriptions from this woman's vacation and it could take more than 2 weeks.. the woman on the phone couldn't give me an answer I don't live on the mainland and this was a prescription sent directly from the hospital after a procedure. What an absolute disgrace. If I had not called HOURS after to ask when I would be ready I would have gone without my medication as my community does not have a compound pharmacy. You should have your license removed and be shutdown!
Bernice is such a kind friendly helpful pharmacist. I always come here for all medications. Bernice and the rest of the staff will process the prescriptions quickly, while you wait. So great to have her pharmacy in our community! The post office is somewhat slow, not very efficient.
One of my favourite drug stores in the Heights. Great people! I originally wrote the above about the Pharmasave on Rosser. I would like to change that to MY ONE and ONLY ALL TIME FAVOURITE pharmacies, ever. These people are wonderful. From the front of store staff to the pharmacy and the Canada Post outlet. The Heights is very lucky to have this drug store and so are the residents!
Awful Customer Service. I went to pick up my Canada Post package and the lady scanned my attempted delivery slip, told me my tracking number did not exist in her system, and she then proceeded to help the person behind me. I had to interrupt her for further instructions on what to do, as this has never happened to me before, and she told me there was nothing she could do for me and said goodbye. I understand sometimes delivery mistakes happen and that these things are out of our control, but her dismissive unhelpful attitude and annoyance towards me when I inquired for further instructions was unacceptably rude.
