Granville& Broadway Pharmasave is a local independent pharmacy providing high quality patient experiences with various services and products. The pharmacy is located at 2580 Granville St. next to Granville Medical Clinic (2578 Granville St.).

Our aim is to provide health solutions, by offering customers products and services of the highest possible standards. Our goal is to have a successful pharmacy, serving the specific needs of our patients.

I booked a time slot for vaccine, received a confirmation email and text, but when I showed up, they said that the vaccines did not arrive due to a "system error" and that they might arrive tomorrow. I have no problem with the system error, they are a normal part of life. However, despite having the information to contact me about the fact that they wouldn't be able to provide the service that they promised, they didn't give me any information until I showed up. I had a long commute to get there, and thus, if a business knows that they cannot provide a service - despite sending out a confirmation email and text - they should at the very least inform their customers before they arrive. Moreover, because I was not informed and the appointment was not cancelled, I cannot book another appointment until I contact the vaccine agency, which will no doubt be another hassle. Ironically enough, they called me about two hours *after* I showed up for the appointment to tell me that they cannot help me during my appointment. Wow, super helpful, thanks for telling after I already wasted all my time! The assistants is working in the shop were nice, but, sending confirmation communications while being unable to fulfil the contents of those messages is not a good move.
Been here for a few times and had very good experience with the pharmacists but the assistants seriously need more professional training before work. I had served by an assistant that had problem finding my profile in the computer system and told me I had never been here ?. The problem was solved by the pharmacist at the end. I think it was fair if the assistant was new to the computer system. But the next time I visited them, I was served by another assistant that told me to contact my insurance company for how much I have to pay after the coverage. We were already in the progress of filling the prescription and they could had immediately told me how much I needed to pay by simply pushing through the prescription or reading the number from the system. My situation was like a cashier telling me to ask the credit card center to check how much I need to pay for an item which doesn't make sense. I just think the assistants have poor listening skills, poor understanding of the third party adjudication and refused to work. The assistants' service is less than a star but I am giving a three stars review because the pharmacists were very helpful. It is just very frustrating to communicate with front end staffs that doesn't want to do anything and I don’t want to spend more inefficient time here.
staggered in with blinding pain because I got my period early and suddenly, and barely got a moment of eye contact from the staff and no offers of help of any kind. I just paid for my bottle of advil and slumped in the chair to wait for the pain and nausea to lessen ... I thought a pharmacist would be a bit sympathetic?
Small but well-organised and well-stocked. Only one chair for waiting, but there are lots of coffee shops nearby and they were very quick with our prescription.
I would give more than 5 star if I could. Amazing service, the pharmacist is super helpful and knowledgeable. Couldn't ask for better service.
