First I went in the afternoon… Their postal counter has rude workers and most if these women seems to be there to simply sit and chat with each other. They dont take time to check in the back. They tell you to comeback because their superior is rarely there.nnThen later i had to go get something for someone and And the drugstore itself says closing at 10 pm but i went at 8 and it was already closed….a friday night…nnHmm covid pass and clients limit are gone and mandates almost all gone too so why closing so early? Maybe i went somewhere else for my stuff and i might change my account from place too then.

Their postal office is messed up! received a paper to go get my parcel. As I live far from there...I called...no answer at all during 10 calls. I called the client service there...I am told that they do not answer the phone until 6 ot 7pm...If you undetstand...it is near from the closing time...nnThen i call CANADA POST to get my parcel TRACKED i am told that my PARCEL IS THERE AT PHARMAPRIX BOUL. DES FORGES.nI go there but I CAN'T GET MY PARCEL!!!nI am told that my package ISN'T THERE! Liars!nI told them that CANADA POST TOLD ME THAT IT WAS THERE... I AM RUDELY ANSWERED To go back there TOMORROW SATURDAY and she left to go to the little room behind...nnThe service there is so messed up! Rude!nIt is to wonder what they are being paid for!nnWhy is your pharmacy is still accepting such a bad partnership...?
