I’m currently traveling and passing through this city on my way to a chalet I rented, which is about two hours away. My doctor sent a prescription for my daughter to my pharmacy in Candiac, so I stopped at a Pharmaprix here to pick it up. However, after more than two hours, the pharmacist is still waiting for the prescription. This is completely unacceptable. It seems there is no clear communication or process in place. The pharmacist has been on the phone with multiple people, and each time, they assure her the prescription is on its way, but it never arrives. It’s incredibly frustrating to hear the same promises with no resolution. This is a simple task, and it should not be this difficult.nnUpdate: After waiting for more than three hours, we were about to give up when the pharmacist finally got through to the other pharmacy. They confirmed the antibiotic name so she could start preparing the medication. I’m still unsure if they ever sent the prescription via fax. Unbelievable!
I've been a customer at this pharmacy since 2017, and they consistently provide great service. They're always reachable by phone for medication orders, which is super convenient. My only suggestion would be for them to add a blood test service so I wouldn't have to go elsewhere. Overall, I highly recommend this pharmacy.
Will never go here again. The pharmacist was rude réfused to speak English when I didn't understand her and was completely useless in helping us out. She truly did not know what she was doing . Ignorant with no customer service skills at all
During normal, non-peak hours, consider a minimum waiting time of 20 minutes.
On the laboratory side onlynOn several occasions:nn- Long waiting time on the phone.n- When the customer comes in front, no sign of welcome by a receptionist. the customer is completely ignored. in addition, a very long time to speak with a person.n- Once spoken with the receptionist at the laboratory, a minimum of 20 minutes to get your prescription.
