Only came in to buy two grocery products at night and found the place to be clean and the staff was helpful. I didnt use the pharmacy though.nnEdit: Passed thru 3 years later and I'm editing the review from 4 to 2 stars! I was very unimpressed on this second visit. Lots of empty shelves, and the ones that have products with the most expensive prices I have ever seen in Canada. They managed to be more expensive than Couche Tard! And that is saying something!
Once you set foot in this spotless pharmacy , you are about to enter into a pleasurable premise . Amongst the things that attracted my attention is the extreme affability , availability and good service of its staff , including thenpharmacy’s . They are there for you anytime to ensure good service . As a matter of fact , not only is the service immaculate but swift .nAs an English speaking customer , I have always found communication with the staff easy and friendly .nMy hat off .
The two guys working at the pharmacy on Saturday mornings are the worst. I avoid this pharmacy whenever i can.
I love this place.nPharmacy - They have always been very friendly and very good at their jobs. If they don't speak english, they are happy to have someone else come talk to you without making you feel bad.nThey are professional, efficient and go above and beyond.nnCanada Post - I have no love for Canada Post. But Sophie - she is THE best. She knows her job, she does it well and she is friendly. I am really going to miss her when I move.nI have only ever had one problem at this location not Sophie and they corrected it for me no questions asked.nnThe Store - They have a variety. Sadly much of what I used to buy they don't carry anymore, but that's a growing trend everywhere.nThey do have a plentiful selection of Burt's Bees.nEveryone is friendly. And the cashier has tolerated my lack of learning french for 5 years very well :p.nAnd it's the only place I can find real pizza pops!nnThey are easy to get to, open even on holidays usually.
Worst pharmacy service in all 18 years I deal with Pharmaprix. Usually when I move, Parmaprix at various location were able to get my prescription from other pharmaprix locations and even from other pharmacies. This location doesn't want to help at all. The technician stared for 15 min at prescription which CLEARLY indicated what I needed. Then another 5 at my Carte Maladie asking my last name ?!? its clearly printed.... and then asked why I needed what I was prescribed. SUCH A SHAME!!!nThis technician really made me feel unwanted and gave me strong feeling never return here
