Today, I received a call from someone at the pharmacy telling me they were at my door trying to deliver my medication but no one answered. I said that was odd because I requested today at approximately 2pm on your site. “The driver has a million orders to deliver, they can’t bring it when you want” is the response I got, and she was rude. I apologized and explained that your site disagrees with that and maybe time to change it. The service there used to be phenomenal but now its crap almost every time.
