Absolutely horrible experience with the cashier at check-out. A client in front of me had finished his purchases and for some reason, the cashier keep looking at him after he stepped away. I proceeded to put my items on the counter so she could scan them and waited. No smile, no welcome. As a matter a fact, she totally ignored me the entire time and didn't make visual contact with me whatsoever. I've never had an experience like this in a pharmacy. Her entire attitude was rude and unprofessional. Seems the owner & manager couldn't care less as other clients have had bad experiences there and nothing is done. This was my first visit and my last.
Pharmaprix at the corner of Rue Fleury and Boulevard St-Laurent offers a notably convenient stop for anyone in the area. The location itself is fantastic, with a strategic spot that makes it easy to swing by whether you’re on foot or driving. The store’s layout is tidy and well organized.nnOne of the major positives is the free parking, even though it’s admittedly very limited. There’s only a small parking lot at the back and a few spots available on the street out front. While this might be a slight inconvenience during peak hours, the fact that parking doesn’t come with a fee helps balance out the drawback.nnInside, you’ll find a good selection of food items and everyday essentials. Although the range isn’t overly extensive, it’s more than sufficient for a quick grab-and-go situation. This aligns with the typical offerings at Pharmaprix, which many customers find to be both reliable and of good quality .nnThe only notable area for improvement is the operating hours. Many visitors, including myself, have wished for either earlier opening times or extended hours—especially in the morning—to better accommodate those with busy schedules. Despite this, the friendly and helpful staff make the overall shopping experience pleasant, ensuring that even a brief visit leaves you with a positive impression.nnOverall, if you’re looking for convenience, a friendly atmosphere, and the ease of free parking albeit limited, this Pharmaprix is a solid choice. With a few adjustments to its hours and perhaps an expanded product range, it could become an even more attractive option for the community.
This review applies only to the photo counter.nnI had my passport photos taken there, but one of them was smudged by their own stamp. Passport Canada rejected the photos because of that defect. When I went back to ask for a refund or a retake, the staff at the counter refused. First, they claimed the rejection “wasn’t highlighted,” then they said they “don’t accept the reason given by Passport Canada.”nnThey told me to return the next day to speak with the manager, who might agree to reimburse me. In the end, I had to pay a second time for new passport photos.nnA frustrating experience—and a lesson learned.
Horrible service. On ClicSante, they list it as an option for consultations, but when you arrive, they tell you they can't see you because you have to go see a doctor: 1. You waste your time. 2. They charge the government just for telling you they can't see you.
My Proxim pharmacy was really complicated at many points. This pharmacy is not ideal, but much much better. They definitely trying to accommodate.
