I get my meds here every month. The service is really getting bad here. Have been sick all week, accidentally took too many meds and needed to know if it was dangerous and when I called the pharmacy at 9:50pm she said “the pharmacist won’t have time to talk to you and we close in 10 min” clearly we the customers are only good when we call to get our meds but nothing more. please train your employees on how to speak with your clients. It’s twice in 6 months I speak with very very rude staff at your proscription counter over the phone the service has turned into complete garbage.
Trying to call the phone rings and hangs up. This is going on for a week. They are having problems with their lines even their fax machine doesn't work. I don't understand if there is an emergency how to get in contact with them.
The pharmacy service was atrocious. A 20-minute wait turned into over an hour. My mother was waiting in the designated waiting area - over an hour passed and her name was apparently called in the opposite end when the pharmacists know very well people were sitting in the waiting room for their names to be called out. It wasn't until I went to the counter to ask that I was told someone called her name out 7 minutes ago. Couldn't they have just walked over to the waiting area to call out names before moving on? Unbelievable. We could have run other errands had we known it would be so long. We are NEVER coming back for prescriptions again.
