I became a client of the pharmacy many years ago when it first opened up and was run by 2 males a 1 female. I was initially very happy to be a client. As the years have passed, pharmacy assistants have joined the team and they never understand any question or concern I have. I am at the point where I immediately ask to speak to a pharmacist because there is no point wasting my time asking the assistant. Most recently, several other pharmacists have joined the team and the whole operation has become a disaster. Their system never works inputting my medication or insurance and there is 0 communication amongst the team. They seem to always be confused about my refills, promise to deliver me my time sensitive medication and then decide they don't want to due to a 10$ charge that I always pay next time when I come in person. I feel my health is at risk staying at this pharmacy and I finally decided I have to transfer before something bad happens to me. I strongly encourage the original owners to consider firing most of their staff.
If there is one Doctor in this world that deserves a Nobel prize it is Dr. Thadani. This man has helped me from A-Z and is now included in every single prayer of mine. I cut both my fingers and severed my nerves and tendons. After a year I started to experience some serious pain in both my fingers and I thank god that’s when I met my Doctor. He set up appointments for me to go and check my nerves and to study them but unfortunately nothing seemed to be wrong. Until Dr. Thadani was able to create a schedule for me to handle and manage my pain and to go forward in this life without having to look back. I appreciate God for putting people such as Dr. Thadani on this earth. May god bless his soul and be added in everyone’s prayer. - Ali Jamali & Hannah Dhalla
Richmond Hill Location - Every time I call the clinic it goes to the answering machine. I got fed up and decided to call the clinic while inside to see what happens. I noticed that the phone didn't ring and the receptionist was sitting right there on her computer. When I asked if the phone is working, she turned up the volume on the phone and said it is and the volume was down. So basically, they have their phone volumes low and don't pick up. Extremely hard when you need to get in contact with the clinic. Not sure about the other doctors, but this is for Dr. Thadani's front desk line. Hopefully they wont be turning their phone volumes off. Really bad service.
Extremely pleased with the exceptional service at this pharmacy. My family and I have been with them since they've opened. The pharmacists: Shani and Sayida are very knowledgeable and approachable. Irfan who always delivers our medications at a timely manner and is always friendly. They are always accommodating and make sure to take the best care of their clients. Thank you, your hard work doesn't go unnoticed.
If you want quick, reliable and a cost-effective service, I would highly recommend choosing pharmalinx. Their service is excellent! Simply order your prescription medication through phone or text in the morning and receive it by afternoon/evening time. Would not change or go to any of the big brand name pharmaceutical stores and pay double while not having a good service.
No longer offers walk-in but still says walk in on the website. When asked the staff just shrugs. I like that “who cares none of my business” kind of attitude.
Honestly they’re so friendly and helpful and when my Benefits changed they always always work with me on the price owed that insurance doesn’t cover! And I love that they’re independently owned and you get the customer service and personal care above and beyond the franchise places. Definitely recommended going here!! Plus the walk in is always available and pharmacy gets your prescription like right away!!
This is a terrible medical centre that I do not recommend anybody going to. The staff and employees are all extremely unprofessional and disregard your health, safety, and most importantly your mental health. The worst part is the management who dismiss you as a whole. Please stay away from this place and hope whoever reads this finds it helpful. Good-luck to this terrible business.
I have had my prescriptions filled exclusively at Pharmalinx in Richmond Hill since it opened. At first they delivered to my home at no charge and now that I am better in person after calling them in - either myself or my physicians. Shani and his staff are knowledgable, courteous, friendly, and helpful. I have also availed myself of their medical services. There are excellent doctors on site who I and other family members see for "family physician" services. I have been very grateful for their care. If you are looking for a first class pharmacy or medical care I highly recommend Pharmalinx.
PLEASE DO NOT DO ANY TRAVEL COVID TESTING HERE: I booked a travel Covid test weeks in advance as the price was only $90. Then on the day of I call them andthen suddenly they tell me that they don't have any tests. This was the day before Christmas and I had to do the test somewhere else for $300 per person. These guys are incredibly irresponsible and ended up costing me hundreds of dollars more and I could have potentially missed my flight. Please be cautious and just pay more to do it somewhere more credible than Pharmalinx.
