Super service!
I called to get my prescription. I arrive 2 hours later, they inform me that they don't have it they didn't want to call me back to tell me?, I have to ask them to call other places, after waiting 20 minutes, they finally say that Boucherville has it and that it will be ready for me there. I arrive in Boucherville and they have no idea who I am. So I wait another 15 to 20 minutes. Let's improve our customer service, Varennes.
Always very good service in this pharmacy, the employees are welcoming. I prepare my prescriptions online and they are always ready beforehand, so very practical. Very large parking lot which facilitates access at any time of the day.
