Rude cashier name Elisa who gives customers faces with rude attitude. Please have better training for your employees.
Was dropping of a package 10 min before they closed and this 50 year old lady took that 10 minutes whining and complaining about it instead of just accepting it and be done with it. Could have avoided all of that and finish her work in 1 minute. Literally worked longer hours than her and the audacity she had to talk down and assume I do nothing all day is disgusting Please teach her about work hours and treatment towards customers otherwise don't give her this job if she really don't wanna do the actual job.
Not bad...The pharmacy counter is good and the post office is great. However, the young workers like to follow people around the store don't know if they get a lot of thieves though. The prices for general products are quite high as well, so I just go there for my prescriptions or the post office.
I had bad experience today. The girl in charge of taking my passport photo came in dragging her feet and could barely talk. Not only that, but also she had to remove the first affixed stamp on the back of the photos with alcohol. The ink faded away in my way home.
I am a regular customer at this branch a buy most of my things from it i live close to 2 other Jean-coutu today i was shopping for medication in the pharmacy area to give them to charity i simply wanted to ask a couple of questions to check somethings …so i asked the guy that apparently is working in the section sir plz i have a little question.. The answer was : i am currently busy I do understand that sometimes u could be under stress but i mean a simple guidance would not harm you or anyone… How could’ve he reacted? Simple! Sir would you mind waiting here till i am done i will let someone answer your questions…. Or Sir would you mind waiting a little i will be with u shortly… I really felt like i was a peace of ….i was simply imagining if someone elderly was in the same situation…. A went to the cash to pay and told the girl over there what happened she was surprised and simply said i can not help you with this not even telling to talk to the supervisor… Conclusion : avoid this branch if going to the pharmacy there is another jean-coutu just 2 min away much more professional
The service at the pharmacy is terrible, been with them for 2 years and every time they make a mistake on my order, they prescribed me the wrong medication, and there is always missing medication. They either have 3 different staff members calling you telling you a different problem or no one calls you and when you go to pick up ur prescription they tell you someone should have called you but they didn't and we can't give you the medication. So disorganized with medications that are deadly. Never going back again!
I usually find everything I need here and most staff members are nice and helpful. Some things are overpriced but you can find great specials as well. Has parking.
The employees are very nice and helpful. Stephania the pharmacist is especially helpful and knowledgeable
