This is the most unprofessional jean coutu I have ever dealt with . They never have my meds when I'm due to pick them up , they lie every month telling me this rarely happens , when in fact it happens every month . Some months I have to go 3 times in the same month to get my full order . They don't call you to tell you they have the rest of your meds when they actually get them. And they HANG UP ON YOU WHEN YOU CALL IN !!! I have to ask people around me if they know anyone with the same meds as me so I can borrow meds off of others , even tho I have a prescription and should be able to get them safely from a pharmacist . This place is careless and does not care about their customers. You should have your license taken away the same way you take away our meds that allow us to function on a daily basis .
Just got double charged for the two products i bought cash. Asked for reimbursement for lotto tickets but not for other purchase I did not ask for a receipt Young woman at cash, robbing old people Will make a complaint to manager
Called to get some answers on the availability of a blood pressure monitor and the person on the phone was very unprofessional. Told me to go on the Jean coutu website and get the answer , although i mentioned that the website did not give me the option for the service , she did not really care and told that I was having issue with my Internet.
I don't think I will be a regular clint with this place, as they have NO respect to their customers and I'm not talking about pharmacists , the people who responsible to answer the phone ... I called at least 3 times and they asking to wait in French, after 2 or 3 minutes the phone line hang up and you dial again and the same scenario, I never had that when I use to deal with the other Jean Coutu which closed a month ago on Laurentides, I think it's the time to switch to Pharma Prix. OMG SERVICE IS HORRIBLE , it’s been almost 6 days that we are waiting on our pills and every day they tell us tomorow , now they pick up the phone and they just hang up the phone !!!!! THIS IS UNBELIEVABLY!!!! We Don’t now what to do anymore , this is a nightmare!

Never had an issue at this location, on several occasions the staff behind the counter have been a tremendous help in answering my questions and following up voluntarily to check up on my progress! The wait for telephone prescription pickup could be improved but overall great!!
Frustrating , just got out of the hospital this Saturday morning , called to get medication pre prepared and they told me to go throuht their website , but unfortunately from the website you can only do a renewal , so i called and the lady says that i could still do it there is a way around it but she doesn't know and that i have to call their technical support on Monday. This not professional at all “ AWAY AROUND IT” wow what is this ???? Very frustrating when you canot be mobile , And for that reason I AM OUT! Don't need this monkey business in my life.I have 3 kids and a wife i cant afford to waist time with imp-competent. Sorry
INCOMPETENCE at its finest. Do not go to this Pharmacy. They made a dosage mistake which caused adverse effects. After returning to adjust they were selling us the medication of another patient mistake that we realised and corrected. Finally the third time they gave us unprepared medication and we had to return to have them mix it for us. Mistakes happen but three in a row is unacceptable not to mention dangerous.
The renovations you made in the pharmacy section may look good but are not customer friendly. Waiting time to pick up my prescription by phone is ridiculous. I had to leave several times because of lineups. Used to be so much better before. Please do something about it. I would like to comment on your staff they are great.
