Ive eaten here twice now. Once I sat in and ate and the other I ordered takeout. Both times I ordered the same thing. Spring rolls and beef stew. The food was pretty good. I feel like the portion was a decent size and it was very flavorful. I would like to try other things on the menu as the menu is quite large. Im leary as I don't know what most things are and there is no description of what's in the meal or photos of the food. When I ate in, I found that the servers seemed really busy and also weren't very good at explaining things either, even when asked. The restaurant has a strange layout. Two of us went for dinner and we were seated at a table for 8. I also found the restaurant to be quite dirty.
This was a cozy little Vietnamese restaurant set in a converted house. The staff was very friendly and the food was excellent. The spring rolls were fresh and delicious, and the pho was hearty and full of great flavor. My friends and I were very happy with our meal. Plenty of herbs and toppings were given to doctor up the pho however you like. I’d definitely recommend this restaurant if you have a hankering for Vietnamese.
Pho max regular-$17.00nPho max large- $19.00nnFood is expensive but SMALL PORTION. We ordered two bowls of pho and I have to say those were the smallest pho I had ever had in North America. For regular bowl, there were only about 6 slices of beef! You can see from the picture too. I was still hungry after I finished my bowl and stole some beef from my boyfriend’s.nnBut the food is ok and service is good
The spring rolls and imperial rolls were great. The service was very fast and the waitress extremely friendly and kind! We liked our Pho but know that the Tom Yum is VERY spicy. It was perfect for a quick and fresh dinner.
Finally Sault Ste Marie has gotten some culture and we now have a legit Vietnamese joint serving pho!nnMy dinning experience was absolutely amazing tonight, friendly staff, delicious and authentic food, huge portion sizes and very reasonable prices.nnI can't wait to come back again,nnThank You for bringing great food to town!
