Don’t get me wrong, I usually love KFC, but if you have chicken aversion maybe don’t go here!nnThe workers were super empathetic on why I wanted a refund, he ended up giving us a full refund and trashing the burger for us, they offered other food and the refund but I’ve already fully lost my appetitennBut besides the fact that they had their own music on the speakers which was inappropriate songs, you could HARDLY hear the workers when they asked questions, the chicken was RAW, the buns were even cold but we thought that was because our 20 minute trip home..

Do not eat there i was sick each time I ate something there ! The quality of food is bad and the cook doesnt wash his hands when the go to the bathroom!

We usually go here and for the past while they have been giving good size pieces of chicken when you pick it up . So we decided we should order this time and we ordered a 12 piece bucket meal . Well inside was 7 crusty wings and 3 drumsticks out of 12 so 2 pieces were 1 nice meaty piece and the other was half chicken and half skin .. so basically we ended up with no chicken . We spent 50$ for skin and bones . Who do they think they are . Then we called them up and they even admit to it . You know what they said .. they said oh well were sorry that's all we had left . It would have taken us 20 more min to make more . ! It's 7 pm there open untill 9 pm . Delivery says up to an hour they were here in 15 min . What was the rush where was our chicken. ?? They gave us a 20 % discount on our next order.. wow we get to save the tax .nnDecided to go back since my daughter wanted to try it and again , such a disappointment. Disgusting chicken sandwich, supposed to be famous nothing on it bit a bit of sauce on both sides , tried to feed some to my dog and she doesn't even want it . I feel like bringing it back and putting it on the counter and demand a refund .nI won't bother.nThis place should be closed down !

Waited 20 mins in line then waited 20 mins for chicken.. they gave me all the same pieces that are the smallest 7/10 are chicken wing size and paid for full bucket

Fast food, right! I had to wait 16 mins for my 6pcs chicken, popcorn chicken and ff.
