PFK

Reading all the negative reviews, I hesitated to order at this PFK but since it moved from 60 Blvd Labelle to 324 Blvd Labelle, I decided to give it a second shot at this new place! I ordered the 3 pcs combo and to my surprise everything was perfect! The chicken was crispy, well cooked and very tender inside. Also noticed the chicken pcs were much bigger in size then previously. The staff was obviously young students, very polite and professional. The dining area is new and quite small but well managed and clean!

Workers manager?rude with cashier in front of customers. Cashier very non-engaging, probably because of her state of mind working there. Felt sorry for her. Served a customer that arrived before me. Seemed lost and disinterested, discouraged. The sandwich barely cooked. Way too much mayo. Couldn’t taste the chicken. Pretty sad place. Not going back there until management changes. Second time i’ve had bad experience here. Love to support local, but will go elsewhere next time i have KFC craving. I was manager in my younger days at KFC..i know it’s a challenge, but it’s a choice to work there

**edited to add : just reordered to give them another shot, since they were closed for awhile. Conclusion, still trash. Paid 60$ to get a bucket of dried, wing sized pieces.nnMost incompetent customer service. Placed an order online, it wouldn't let me enter appartment number. Called the 1-888 number, they said they'd cancel, and resubmit my order with my appartment number. Waited over an hour, called the restaurant, and it just shows up cancelled.

I brought my niece and nephew as they had never had KFC. Overall not a great experience. The person at the cash was polite yet seemed overwhelmed / bothered by us even though the restaurant was empty save for two diners, and no line—up. He didn’t seem to know the menu well which is helpful when you have questions about the multitude of options - he did not offer insight into the meal options and so I spent much more on 3 combos when I could have bought a family meal instead. I should have spent more time studying their large menu….which can be challenging with two hungry children. What he said would be in the combos is not what we got - the sides were wrong. The chicken poppers were not good undercooked and taste like the kind you can buy frozen at the grocery store, and the fries were stone cold. I brought back both the poppers and fries and it was a struggle to make him understand they were inedible…..he couldn’t seem to fathom we didn’t want cold fries and undercooked chicken which was odd to me. Eventually, he got it and provided a fresh batch of both which took over 5 minutes. The fries were hot, but the poppers were still undercooked. The chicken was tasty and my nephew and niece enjoyed it. KFC is a classic but I’d go to another one next time or get IGAs tasty and much more affordable fried chicken combos!

The cashier forgot a part of our order, so when we asked for the missing food he said that we should’ve said at the start cuz he didn’t know if we ate it or not, we had to show proof We got the food 5 mins before we told him that something was missing. He is also very mean to us when we told him that. Like dude, chill.
