The staff was nice, the guys and stuff were okay so that I didn't mind. The food itself, though... The sauce was super, SUPER watery - normally KFC sauce, unless they changed it, is thick and rich. The only taste this sauce had was burnt, and it was so liquid that even a day in the fridge it was still just super liquid. It's like they dilute it more than they should. The fries tasted old, like when you get day old fries and pop them in the oven and they crisp up unevenly. Some pieces on a single fry were hard as a rock while another was super soft. It's just strange. We had some chicken tenders as well. So here's the thing - it's a hard thing to mess up. Normally they're breaded in the same coating as the chicken pieces, but this one looked and tasted like just random no name chicken tenders you get at a supermarket. Zero taste, chicken was super tough, coupled with the sauce I just don't understand what's going on there. Best part? We got some corn, because that was the only side they had left, and there was some hair in it. It's not from us since we both have a different hair color from the hair we found in the corn, but needless to say it was promptly thrown away. 50 bucks for watery sauce, tough chicken tenders, bad fries, hair in your sides, what else could you ask for? I'd avoid this place - I know I'm never going again.
Where should I start... this place is really not up to KFC standards. 1. If you call and order anything that comes from this location, you will have to wait at least 1 or 2 hours to receive your meal. 2. Understaffed. 3. If you acctualy go into the KFC restaurant at this location... always line up... since slow service. 4. Missing chicken or products. 5. In the restaurant waiting to be served or give order... you have to wait at least half or one hour since the staff is busy or overwhelmed by Uber, Skip, DoorDash and delivery orders. 6. Rude employees. 7. No customer service nor respect 8. Employees pretend your not there waiting to place an order and completely ignore you. 9. Place is very dirty and filthy 10. You can see chicken and fries and grease all over the kitchen floor from the entrance. I've worked at McDonald's when 16 Year's old and we always had respect, dignity, follow cleaning procedures and quick service

I ordered PFK from 6025 Henri Bourassa on ajan 13 at 6:14 online. Our order was supposed to arrive at 7:15. 7:40 still didn't arrive but my travker online said it was delivered. So i called the restaurant no answer, then my boyfriend started calling, they finally answered at 8:00, our order didn't leave yet, it was still sitting on the counter. So the woman said she would call the delivery guy right away. 8:30-840, still no order. My boyfriend calls again and they keep picking up and hanging up on him. But as he's very persistant he calls and calls and many hangups later, they do eventually answer. My boyfriend laces into the person that answered and he's trying to make excuses for the driver, but says our order has left. Order finally arrived at 9:15, 3 hours after we ordered. We had the light on, but the driver was lost, he was looking all around and was about to go to my neighbor's house, had my boyfriend not run out and see him. The food was also ice cold. WORST SERVICE EVER. NO WONDER THIS PLACE HAD ONLY 2.4 STARS. I gave a 1 star only because that's the lowest you can give. This place deserves a ---10. WILL NEVER EVER EVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!!! If someone from PFK is reading this you should change your staff or you will be losing many customers as I've read the other comments. Did I also mention that we were missing an item and missing chicken pieces in the bucket. The chicken pieces were tiny and chicken and fries tasted like they were 2 days old. Never did I experience such bad service anywhere.
Im putting this review not because of the food cuz it was mediocre but because the girl who took my order had that je ne sais quoi to her. She knew what she was doing and knew how to interact with the customers and suggested products and it was flawless like shed been doin this all her life.On my bill the name says kina cass im not sure its thats her name but she deserves a raise and some recognition cuz working in mtl nord in a KFC isnt easy !
Greatest place to get kfc Montreal, HOWEVER... staff that is off duties on friday nights love to stare and harrass clients. Felt exteremely uncomfortable while waiting for my take out, and the people behind the counter encourage it.
Fast service during my visit , the girls at the counter were super friendly and polite during my visit here they took care of my order! The resto was super clean, the area is OK..Food: 4/5
I would give y'all a minus 10. Don't order food from here. They act like smartasses and not give you your items. Plus their sauce taste like water. They don't have a number to contact them bcse of the garbage service they give. #KFC send an inspector to this place. They are ZERO respecting quality of food or customer services.

The food was cold ,missing some items ,the sandwich came empty and was missing thw drumstick in my box and the sauces for my popcorn chicken
