chiken smells strange. as if either they're using tar as oil or they're throwing plastic into their oil to cook the chicken. Maybe the oil is just too old. Right off the bat, the chicken smelt burnt like charcoal. It was soggy. never go there again for my health.

Ordered delivery on the PFK website at 8:25 pm and I still have not gotten my order at 10:17 and I am doubtful I will ever get my order. Really hoping I get my money back but if I don't its definitely a scam
The worst chicken I've ever had. All the chicken pieces had no shape, I couldn't distinct a stick from a breast. The chicken was too greasy.

This Covid situation is making us try new things. Ordered online, no confirmation, ordered for 6:30pm, got there and had to wait until 6:45 for my order to be ready. Not a great customer experience
Not great at all chicken was too friend and hard french friend was discusting and the order we did online was not even rigth and when i ask the cashier about my chicken finger if it was in the bag she didnt even know she does not check what she put in
