Dirty restaurant, dirty doors, dirty tables with some garbage on them and veeeery dirty washroom; the smell is unbearable and no paper at all, so good like drying your hands and... Garbages full and and employees leaning on counter waiting... But waiting for what, go clean you restaurant for God's sake. Blame is again on Covid? BS. Honestly, I dunno how a multinational like KFC can permit that one of their restaurants becomes so filthy. I usually don't like to bring down businesses, but this one crossed the limits. The lady employee on the counter was nice when she served me.
Food is always super slow! They are always missing something that we order. Chicken pieces weren't well cooked! Sauce was watered down. Beverage machine was out of ice and drinks were coming out hot. The staffs solution was to put 2 cups of ice on counter and we had to self serve the ice! Was not impressed at all! It'll be a while before we go back again! And that sucks cause we love KFC chicken and there aren't many open anymore!
Service at this location has always historically been slow. If you order for online pickup, the order is almost never ready when you arrive at the specified time. There's also only a single lineup for the cash register, so even if you ordered online you have to wait in line like everyone else before you can actually pick up your order assuming it's ready. The last straw for me was this evening, I placed an online order at 7:10pm instructing me to show up at 7:25pm The store closes at 11pm on Saturdays. I arrived at the store to find the doors locked & a sign on the door saying something along the lines of "due to unforeseen circumstances, the store is currently closed and all online orders will be fulfilled tomorrow". I had to contact their international customer service line to request a refund. Avoid this location at all costs. Drive the extra mile to literally any other location on the island, you'll probably end up getting your food faster that way.
Do not order from this place!!! I have never tasted chicken so bad.. cooked in burnt oil, seasoning is not traditional KFC.. whole bucket went straight in the garbage. I even paid for fries that never arrived. Be warned! They do not even answer the phone
Words cannot even describe how horrible this place is. Employees literally give Zero **** and that's just the start. DONT EVEN BOTHER. Don't. If you're reading this review, do yourself a favor and never think about kfc again. I have ptsd from the horrible service I witnessed.
No french fries, no chicken popcorn, no potato salad, what next ? no chicken at Kentucky fried chicken? This brand it's on the decline for several year now!! Hoo yeah website don't work too cant locate your address so you can't order online to pick upFood: 2/5
This location opens up at 3:00pm 15h everyday. Chicken is ready by the time this location opens up. Made an order on the app, the order was ready by the time I got there. Covid measures are respected and the staff I dealt with provided a good customer service. I will recommend this establishment.
DO NOT go here. The counter person did not know what the Famous Chicken Sandwich was and it’s their marquee item. They did not give any dipping sauce for the popcorn chicken and it took almost half an hour to get my order. Avoid this location at all costs
Never again. The place is dirty, the doors are hard to open. I ordered a pop corn chicken poutine. The price was supposed to be 7.49 plus tax. Which comes out to 8.31. the cashier saw I had a 10 dollar bill in my hand and said 10dollars. I thought that's odd. She gave me my poutine and went on to serve the next person. I asked for the manager. And explained that I never got my bill nor my change. They gave me my change. Very weird interaction.When I went to eat it the gravy was watery and flavorless. What a waste of time.....never never again
I don’t know if I’m the only one having this problem, I ordered around 9:30pm. The first issue is huge, once I got home and opened the order, the chicken smelled like burnt/melting plastic. The second more minor issue is that we found a brain in the fried chicken. I mean it’s not that bad and plus it’s edible, just wasn’t expecting that. I am a little worried since plastic can be toxic. Please address this issue.
