Good place for your pet's need. They have    many choices for your little friends.

Stuff was always helpful and polite. Good selection of product however I had to switch to a different store because Pet Smart doesn’t sell Veruwa.

It was the first time I was bringing my sheltie in for a wash. Everything was simple and easy. They send you appointment reminders the days leading up and easy check in’s online. I booked with Irene and she did an amazing job, my dog was so clean and fluffy. Would definitely go back!

In store pickup was disappointing as they could not find the item I was looking for even though it showed in stock. Waited days before they told us it wasn't available. Prices seem a bit inflated even though it is a big chain. Check with smaller/local pet stores before purchasing. In store laser etched dog tags are great though.

Crystal did a spectacular job taking care of my long-haired double-coated Chihuahua.  He looked great and he was obviously very happy.  Crystal also made sure to review the service with me and read over the online notes i made when booking the appointment. I look forward to returning in the New Year.

It’s the only Petsmart in Richmond to my knowledge. The few times I visit the store, there are no other staff members asides from cashiers. And when you do find one, they’re not quite sure where the items are.

Needed to get some wild birdseed and I called in and a girl was unbelievably helpful, knowledgeable and helpful. I didn't catch her name but thank you for all your help and info! My lil tweet tweets are happy happy happy and so am I.
