Love taking our pup for a trip to Pet Smart. He enjoyed every isle and sniffing every inch. Looking for small T-shirts and guess we were too early in the season. Nothing stocked but a few large leftovers from last year.
Fast service guys at door were very helpful and prompt in getting my items as it was very cold outside Had no issues whats so ever
Very long wait for just a quick fish purchase. Asked for help like a 5 times before having a please wait 5 minutes answer after like 20 standing by the counter-fish area. All explanation and after attending was good.
Such a big store should have more options of dog a apparel, could not find rain coats or any kind of jackets really for my xsmall dog. For treats and food is a good store! puppy training with Julian is worth it!
Thankyou for you for correcting the order that got mixed up between stores. Truly appreciate the great customer service! PetSmart is now my go to store. And our puppy Bear says thank you for the extra special treat - he is in love!
If you need a decent price now and not have to wait weeks for aquarium products. this place is the place to go to. I wish they had a bigger selection though.
