The dog trainer, Amber, is in a word, wow. A natural with any animal handed to her. Expecting to learn lots in our intermediate class!!! I'm super keen to see our puppy settle into some calculus amongst other things. Nothing looks impossible!
April 12/23 Riley had a great experience today. Groomer Ashley was very gentle and patient with him. He tends to get a little hyper under this situation, but we found the right place for his needs ! the girls there.
Don’t use the pet hotel, manager is rude and mean to the animals. I saw her yell at a cat and then give it the finger as she was leaving as if the cat would recognize it. She cancelled my reso because they were over booked, I get it, but they never told me. Imagine how fun that was! The staff seemed nice enough but it was obvious the main manager was hated. They avoided her like a stinky chew toy! Oh and she actually called the animals the “little shitters”. Don’t trust this lady with your pet.
Great staff quite helpful. Our daughter asked us to take over her aquarium. We are total noobs. Folks here have been great to help us. Had to replace the aquarium and they had stock and helped get it into our car on a cold night. We also have a couple of cats and pick up things for them from this location.
Conveniently located by the Ottawa Humane Society so if you adopt a furry friend and need to grab an essential item, then you can stop by here. Note that the cat litter is not located in the cat aisle but rather in the back left corner.
Very nice and bigger then their earlier location in Emerald Plaza on Merivale Road. You get everything for your pet but it is expensive. They also have day care for dogs and hotel for pets with a private suite. It starts from $70 per night for stay.
Why is everything so expensive? Is there any proof that cat food made from free range, organic, gluten free, nut-free whole chickens is any healthier than otherwise? I fed my last cat the cheapest food I could buy from Walmart and she lived to age 20. The staff are nice, though.
Spring is here! Time for new leashes and collars. Great selection. I love to shop with my dogs here. It's like taking the kids to the candy store.
This Petsmart has some of the friendliest service members. Our pug is a little finicky when it comes to grooming often wiggling and squirming away when its done. We brought him in for a nail trim and the ladies were very kind yet firm with him. Making sure that he knows he is secured and gets the job well done. The place could be a little cleaner but it is understandable with the constant influx of pets needing to be groomed.
Our dog loves the staff at the Pet Hotel. They pay special attention to your furry loved ones whether for a few hours or an extended stay. Soon, we’ll be introducing the newest addition to our family and I’m sure she’ll have the same experience!
