I do not recommend getting your dog groomed here at all. I asked to keep the hair on my toy poodles head long and I understand he had mats on the top of his head but they weren't that bad and he is so small you think instead of being lazy they would take the time to actually work through his mats on his head instead of cutting skin short all over his head and body....they were also rough with his ears as he yelps when I touch them and keeps rubbing them. I complained and the manager offered me nothing and was very rude. I will be taking my dog elsewhere after this horrible experience.
Went in looking for a bear bell. Didn't have any, but I did leave with a bloody costume for the puppy
Went to buy some lil fish buddies for the lonely glow fish at home the gal with the tattoos who works there knows alot about fishes and how to take care of them, listen to her, not your sister who thinks fish only need to be fed every three days or you'll be back at PetSmart buying more lil fish buddies

One of the staff was so helpful and so pleasant to us, the other girl snapped at us that she was going on break and to find someone else. I will definitely look for the nice girl 1st next time...she made the trip worth it. Clean store and good selection...one staff won't stop me from going there...
Petsmart advertises that the price match any online prices except for Amazon, ebay, etc.. went in today asked for a price match FROM THEIR OWN WEBSITE and was told they cant. Even asked if i could just order it online then.. then was told no it would take a few hrs to get it to the store. I ended up having to pay near double….. Petsmart should either train their employees properly or take down the FALSE advertisement.
Would be nice to have more associates working
