Will not come back again and will not let any of my friends come..! After fuelling our two trucks..!!nlady here want us to leave illegally without resetting our book for 8 Hours, and told us to leave and park on shoulder of the highway until your book starts again after 8 hours..! That’s crazy..! If you don’t want trucks to come change your station to cars instead of commercial vehicles simple is that..!! Will CVSE or transport Minister take notice on this or they will just make money and forget everything else..!!
Rude service, semi hwy truck should never go there, they didn't allow to park there to cover ur off duty ,it's gonna affect on ur logbook ,even they don't care about ur logbook,be aware.....thanks
So many one star reviews. Not sure why. It’s a Petro-Pass. Get your fuel and get out. All this other nonsense about parking etc is ridiculous. It’s not a big lot. If you want a bigger lot, go down the hwy a little more to Yale Rd. Other than that I’ve never had an issue here.
Woken up in the morning told I have to leave because they have a four hour limit. That's a real problem when you are doing a reset. I won't spend money here ever again. Makes it pretty hard for truckers. So much for thanking truckers. Truckers should not give them their hard earned money just to be treated poorly.
Such a bad customer … Manager “LISA” She does not know how to deal with their loyal customers. We my drivers fill up the gas from petro pass for almost $1500 everyday . She LISA said, she does not care if she will loose the business from me . By mistake One of their breakaway got broken by one of my driver . Manager she called me and said i have to pay them $420 for the damage . I apologized to her on behalf of my driver but she was not ready to listen. I even offered that I can send my tech to replace their breakaway but she was like NO. I found out from NEE the cost of the expensive breakaway is $165 but she is charging me $285 for 1 breakaway… amount of business I am giving them everyday they are easily making $200 out of the gas I fill up there … If this is gonna be her attitude , Soon Petro will loose alot of customers… I wanted to talk to the territory manager but she said I cannot.. I guess if they are not gonna resolve my issue I have to close my account with Petro. This is the first ever unintentional mistake by my driver . Never thought stations like Petro canada, their staff will provide such a bad service.
