We went to the car wash and almost bump into the car in front of us since it stopped all of a sudden! One of the staff outside was quite helpful, he helped and called the manager and gave me a replacement ticket. Made sure I was alright until the last minute of the second car wash. 5 Stars for his service! 0 for the car wash..

Not even once had my card worked at this station by pumps for gasoline. Their pumps always "canceling" transactions. Attendant on site tried to do something for a retry, got himself cancelled twice before that pump could even able to ask for a card transaction. I was suggested to see a cashier inside, why bother? Went to another station just 2 min away, same card, tap, authorized, began refueling within seconds, no issue.

I expect a good car wash and a re-do if on the first try it doesn't do a good enough job especially that I got the premium package the one that comes with petro points. Tonight I showed the Manager one example of missed areas there were many more, he wiped it with his finger and said "there, its clean" and obviously did not agree to let my car thru the car wash again. In daylight the next day many areas of the car were still dirty. So there you are: bad car wash, bad customer service and dismissive attitude.

Very strange response from the gas station Manager regarding their very obvious unsatisfactory car wash results on my vehicle He said "if you buy basic carwash, results are not guaranteed" It's the equivalent of ordering a regular hot coffee at a coffee shop but getting a lawsy warm coffee. Then they tell you "quality is not guaranteed if you buy regular coffee" Did not know you could brush off customers that easy!!!

I always go to auto car wash in gas station because my car’s interior is very clean I just need the outside of my car washed. Usually there are choices I could choose like regular, advanced or ultimate car wash. And you’ll be given a code to enter the wash and go! But this gas station only offers one car wash service at $16 dollars something. However, they do not give out code or password, instead a staff, with very unfriendly attitude will direct you when to go in and put gear on neutral, they try to make as much money as possible to let every car go in one after another, instead of letting the whole process to finish then let the second car go in. My first time visit, which will be my last time on Dec 11 2022 in the morning was so horrible, I saw the sign that said neutral so I put by gear on neutral, but then the sign was off so I put my car on drive mode and had my brake on... Then the impolite staff yelled at me saying I have to outbid my heart on neutral, after saying that, he beeped his access card at the machine it was UNTIL THEN THE NEUTRAL SIGN CAME BACK ON! So I followed the instructions, went in with a neutral gear but the car in front of me was so close I was so afraid that I might bump into his car, so I stepped on my brake to slow down... At this point, the impolite staff came over to yell at me saying since I slammed on my brake, the car behind almost bumped into me. I said the same thing happened to me that’s why I have to I slow down my car otherwise I would be the one hitting the car in front! The impolite staff then said, ”Go back to the end of the line I’ll give you another wash.” So I followed his instruction, didn’t wait long because they kept letting car go into the wash one by one without waiting. When it was my turn, the impolite staff yelled at me saying, “Why are you here again? I asked you to purchase a new ticket!” At the end I have to back up with the courtesy of the car at my back backing up as well so that I could finally leave this horrible gas station I will never come back again! The $16 dollars something was a rip off, because the whole car was hit process took less then 2 minutes! The worst automatic car wash and worst service I’ve ever experienced!

Terrible gas station! Automated car wash machine damaged two vehicles at the same time, gas station attendant stopped third vehicle going into car wash machine to prevent more vehicle damage, manager still say its not their responsibility. Machine car wash damaged two vehicles' tail gate, station manager and Petro-Canada office refused to take responsibility, asked us to claim insurance instead. Needed to pay $300 deductible to get the car fixed. Costed $315 for car wash, ridiculous! Do not use their car wash, unless you are prepared to pay $315 or more!!!! Go touchless car wash instead, like Shell and ESSO.

Perfect car wash if you have season pass. Got one wash Plus one vacuum per day. My car is shinning always...

Only time I ever took my truck to a car wash that wasn't "touch free". Broke my plastic license plate frame, and folded my license plate in half. Management could care less about what happens to your vehicle.. I'm lucky it was just my plate that got mangled

This station used to be good for filling gas until recently it starts to not have 89/91 gas and you will have to be at the pump to find out they will put a piece of paper on the 89/91 buttons. If management sees this, I would strongly recommend you put up a big sign so people needing 89/91 octane gas don't have to wait in line and then have to try to back their cars out after they find out you're out of gas at those Octane levels.

Sometimes they have the best price in town. Yesterday, the regular gas was $1.84, and diesel was $2.09. Gas price was almost 10 cents cheaper and diesel was 12 cents cheaper than a major brand gas station on Garden City Road. Thank you Petro Can!
