I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this location. The staff member, Gurpal, was unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy. From the moment I approached, the attitude was dismissive and unhelpful, making the entire interaction uncomfortable.nCustomer service should be respectful and welcoming, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. There was no effort to assist properly or communicate clearly, which is unacceptable for a business that deals directly with customers.nI hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides proper training, because this kind of service reflects poorly on the entire location. I would not recommend stopping here based on my experience.
This is not the first time that when coming home from work and stopping for gas and lottery tickets the ticket machine was turned off. Myself and another customer couldn’t get our lottery tickets because the merchant had to do his nightly count.nThe lottery shuts down at 10:30 and I was there at 10:00 pm. There is no reason why the merchant couldn’t wait till after 10:30.
sometimes they are awake...sometimes asleep gotta catch them at the right time...staff are friendly..sometimes no where to be seen...at night
Had a gas leak from the hose all over the side of my truck because they didn’t close a broken pump, and I got to pay for the privilege of having that leak spill all that gas. Had to explain to the attendant 3 times what happened before he understood there was a fuel leak and he told me “you can just use another pump if you would like, it’s not a problem”.
11:45 pm the attendant is inside but refuses to unlock the door. Also refuses to answer the phone. No hours of operation on the door either and wouldn’t answer us to say whether they’re closed or what the issue is. We just wanted to buy some tums. We drove to the Esso across the street and got great service.
