Car wash does not clean properly. I was treated poorly by the attendant when I complained. I was told I didn't park in the middle of the carwash. I was ignored while other customers were being looked after. I spoke up again and said I just paid $20 for a car wash that doesn't work. Attendant finally gave me a rewash ticket. I used it and the same thing happened. Only half of my car was washed. Very disappointed.
I went there to charge my EV. It is a rip off and I do not recommend using this EV charger. They claim 350kW charger. Charging started at 90kW. I went to Tim Hortons and returned after 80 minutes to find that charging rate was dropped to 25kW and it will take another 2 hours to charge. I disconnected and tried again. The charge started at 90 kW but within 5 min rate dropped to 25 kW. Why because they charge on per minutes basis not on energy consumed basis. I suspect the Chargers are designed to slow down to take longer to rob travellers.
One ev charger work out of 2. Came twice and same issue . Not great service.
Why are all the pumps in French in an English speaking province? Very rude and very confusing for those who don't want to speak French. Please sort this out.
The the French girl that works there is extremely rude she's been more rude to me each time I come in because I'm a little slow and not understand how to do the OLG stuff I wouldn't miss her being extremely rude to another customer today I didn't even end up staying I just walked out after witnessing the rudeness that she had towards that person she's definitely not fit for customer service that's for sure I will not be returning to the store even though I usually use the store out of any store around me as I live in the area. She doesn't have to be rude when all I asked was how the OLG pop up worked she's trying to tell me next time I come in and don't know how to use the ticket I will not be able to return but it's okay cuz I'm not returning anyways
If your pumps never work when trying to prepay, just remove the option.
We stopped to use the EV fast charger yesterday December 19th and everything went well until the charging session ended, when I couldn't uncouple the charger from our car it locked. Staff were very helpful and the manager came in to lend a hand too. We had to call Petro Canada for help and the two ladies who were helping me were outside in the bitter cold for the better part of an hour. They offered us coffee and were very apologetic, even when the problem wasn't of their making. Top notch service!!!
Because the cashiers are always friendly, prices aren't so bad, it's one of the few stores that sell hi chews and they have a Timmies....well folks it looks like 5 stars all day all the way
We stopped at this station on the way to Toronto. Price for gas was reasonable. Washroom was clean. I bought a small bottle of soda and it was $3... I guess this is normal for many gas stations but frustrating. Overall an ok experience though.
One start is very lot for them!!! Very rude and disgusting place!
