I would love to see this location implement a signage system so that people know what direction to go. Additionally, longer hoses would help with implementing a traffic flow so people can use whatever side without issue as different cars have tanks on different sides.nnI have been harassed and yelled at by other customers multiple times here, largely bc there is no clarity around the traffic flow and pump usage. It’s awful.nnThe staff seem nice but I suspect they are often harassed by customers due to the station management not actually making a plan to implement a better traffic flow and communication system.nnThe prices jump up and down a lot during the day. More than once I’ve seen low on my way home, gone out later, and the price is up by 20-40c. Kind of wild.
May 16 around 10:45 PM — Came here to fill up my tank, but unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with one of the cashiers. A Black woman cashier was extremely rude, arrogant, and disrespectful toward customers.nnWhen I politely came back to show my receipt because my points were not added to my card, she became upset, raised her voice, and refused to listen. Customer service should always be respectful and professional, especially when handling simple mistakes, but sadly this experience was far from acceptable.nnWhat made the situation even more uncomfortable was while I was filling up my gas, I noticed she took out her phone and appeared to take pictures of me. For what reason? Customers should not feel intimidated or disrespected while simply trying to purchase fuel.nnProper customer service training and professionalism are seriously needed here. If there was an option for -0 stars, that would honestly be my rating for this experience.
While this station has the best fuel prices in the city, my experience was frustrating. After fueling up around 4:10 PM on March 25, I was immediately ticketed $220 for using the bus lane, despite heavy traffic from a nearby accident.nThe service was also disappointing. The attendant was initially helpful but provided a receipt with the wrong timestamp. When I returned, the manager, Michel, claimed they couldn't reprint it because data is erased daily—which is untrue. On a follow-up visit, Michel doubled down and even instructed the attendant in another language not to help me. I am giving one star specifically to Michel for her lack of professionalism and honesty.
The customer service is good, and it's nice to see a gas station keeping their employees safe by utilizing a drop box and speaker during odd hours.
Convenient location with clean facilities and friendly staff. Fuel pumps are easy to access, and service is efficient.
