you have to pay in advance and there's always a lineup...then you need to go and get refunded the money left on the pump....another line up...an extra 5 minutes for absolutely zero reason. stopped going there. i'm not the only one complaining about it too. most of my friends stopped going. the problem isn't paying first..the problem is the lineup
