The coffee was out of this world! Love being able to fill up and get fresh brew in the same location.nnAdditionally, the team member working was polite, masked, and behind a clean divider.nnATM & ready to eat meals were great; adds to the ability to get everything done at once! I would return.
Stopped in to get 80 dollars in gas and 20 in change for my newborns piggy bank. They said no to giving me change so I went somewhere else for gas. Good way to lose money and a customer .
Let us have a conversation.nMedicine Hat has next to zero gas stations DIRECTLY accessable off the highway.nThe nearby Shell got rid of their pumps ATM so Petro is THE only available fillup off the Trans Canada Highway, until the Husky. Then you have to go into town past this for fuel.nHole in the market anyone...and truckers take note - Husky is a tight possible turn for rigs but is better now.nnEven though Petro has a monopoly in many ways, not only as a gas stn, but an open late convenience store - and it is in all ways, terrible.nnTo my fam to lurves them the ice caps this store used to sell, heres a life hack. If you are pouring it out - and it is going very slow, like have to pump a bunch out slow, put the glass down and do not buy it. It is virtually all frozen foam. They do not maintain their iced capp machine in any form. What was once a major cash cow in this location. I would be worried bout about possible prokaryotic presence, but insert dirgression here.nnWalking into the store will immediately inform you if a large man has, um, been in the bathroom lately. It seems as they mop the bathrooms first then the rest of the store, missing the water change of the mop bucket in between. Sorry that was disgusting, but I spend alot money in the presence of eau de Raw Sewage.nnI go here alot, like a TON of people do, for cigs and lotto. Snack selection is abysmal. Do not expect emergency amenities at anything less than a healthy premium.nnPepsi-Co and Coca Cola reps, if they notice, will likely take issue with their selection and stocking practices' - not only are the mandated 50-50 split between the two providers, you are lucky i you can find basic Pepsi here! Contracts are literally on the line at this store. No predictable stocking schedule on anything.nnThis store provides a service to a goodly number of people that spend a crapload of money of their own and company money. Their willingness to show that they care not to stock the store with even the basic set of chips etc, they do not sell juice, baby stuff or any specialty stuff.nnAll Im saying is this place is a gold mine. There is something to be said about taking care of your customers, not just taking their money and being open.nnThey are respectable to you, but as long as you do not expect red carpets or selection, heres your store.
If only there was an option for 0 Stars. My experience was nothing short of awful. I started fueling my diesel truck early on Dec 24th 2022. I then noticed a major leak in the hose that was spraying the side of my truck and side of leg + jacket. I immediately shut the pump off and went inside. If you know anything about diesel fuel, it stinks and does not remove itself well. What a wonderful way to start a morning never mind drive another 8+ hours to Montana. With a lack of acknowledgement, the person behind the till could care less of the leak. I then told him that the 12$ in diesel fuel was not in the truck tank but on the side of the truck + all over my clothes. I was not paying for that. He agreed. He then went outside and closed that pump off. I filled the truck using another pump. The handle leaked, go figure. I paid for the fill and asked for the supervisors contact number. I received that number and have yet to receive anything back. Very disappointed with my transaction. To top off the event, i was charged for the 12$ worth of diesel fuel that was sprayed over my truck and body. Lovely.nnIs this the behavior that Petro Canada condones?
Not very satisfied went in prepaid. cashier put me to the wrong pump only car at the station had to turn around. Two other vehicles pulled in to where I had to pump my gas-38 Celsius! 2 Stars being generous
