One of the quickest refuellings I've experienced. There was no line up, we paid at the pump, and took off. It was spacious and able to accommodate large vehicles, and many pumps were available. I wish it was always this fast everywhere. Solid place for a quick stop
It is received horrible customer service from this place, I question the service attendant about a misprices product and asked for it at the posted it at the price it was posted at and was told no. When I asked for the store managwrs number I was told no Icant have it and then the attendant tried to threatn me by calling the cops. What a joke this guy was, If you can't give a good customer service then don't work in the customer service industry.
Great Staff, and the corporation offers a great rewards program called *Petro-Points* which rewards you for all gas and in-store purchases as well.
Your employee working June 20th at 5:57pm needs to be trained on how to accept Petro Canada issued e-Gift cards. These are issued to clients by Petro Canada when redeeming their Petro Points online and the lack of familiarization with this product is not a good look for your business or your brand. Put in some effort to support your loyal clients. It took the clerk 3 faint attempts at redemption before he actually attempted to scan the barcode on the printout.
Okay experience here. The store is well up to date, and clean with a good selection of options. Staff are also decent here as well as the Petro-Points. One thing that is bad though is the outside pavement. Its so old, and very rough to drive on. In the future I encourage Petro-Canada to fix this problem at this store. Okay experience overall.
