For some reason they dont sell propane til after 1pm. But the gate for it was open. Would they of sold me propane if I was a new Canadian
Their propane fill prices are more expensive than anywhere else I've been. Staff is nice.
I went to pump up last night, paid with credit card at the pump and started pumping, I did so properly using my hand. A couple minutes later I heard what sounded like gushing water and realized gas was gushing out of the car. Poured at least 2L on the ground. When the tank was full the pump had failed to kick back on me to stop pumping. I went inside to let the attendant know theres something wrong with the pump and it needs to be taken out of service. The attendant could not comprehend the problem even when I took him to the car and pointed out everything. He then started telling me i have to pay inside firat cause it doesnt take credit card. I know one of the pumps has that issue but not the one I was at, I told him I already paid at the pump and filled up, thats not the issue. I checked my credit card online and confirmed it did charge me. They guy wanted to run back inside and make me pay. When we went back inside another attendant was there, immediately undertstood the issue but acted like it was normal. Blamed me saying it happens sometimes if you put the pump too far in. This is a lie and awful treatment. I told him I've been driving for 20 years thousands of gas ups and never once had this happen but this guy still blamed me. Anytime a pump doesnt sit right it always kicks back right away after attempting to start gassing up, its never allowed me to gas up till its gushing out of the tank.nThis station now has 3 pumps that don't work correctly - one cannot take credit cards, another doesnt stop when your tank is full, and still another doesn't complete your transaction no matter what you do, so people coming after your can end up filling up on tour credit card. The state of this gas station is completely unacceptable.
