The diesel pump is incredibly slow, never come here again.
I met this amazing guy named Vikram over there. He’s funny & Sweet. He’ll provide you great customer service.
I am very disappointed in the staff of petro Canada. The car wash didn't clean my truck very well, and so I asked what I could do. They said all they could do is to issue me a new wash ticket for 24hrs. I told them that I couldn't be back within 24hrs because I was picking my kids up from school and then heading out of town. When we got back 2 days later, I came back to get the wash I was promised, and they refused to refund me or give me another wash ticket. I mean, if you know your carwash didn't work properly, why wouldn't you do the right thing for your customers? Whatever happened to customer service? I miss the old days. After I finish my wash card, I'm never going to visit this location again.
They have 2 diesel pumps, and both of those pumps are shared with gasoline pumps, a lot of the time you've got gas cars blocking the diesel pumps, because they are 2 of the most convenient places to fill. Additionally, at least one of the diesel pumps, only pumps 4 liters a minute, painfully slow for my golf, impossibly slow for a truck that requires 100 plus liters. To make it even worse, the pump flows so slow that the auto shutoff does not work, which means even if you're standing at the ready, you're paying to pour diesel on the ground, as witnessed by the giant puddle of diesel on the ground.
Did the first drive thru car wash of my life here, I noticed bold lines on the left side mirrors. I went there again to fill up a incident report and they said you should have come the same day. So I asked them at least give me a refund and they said its not possible. I had a horrible experience and will never use a drive thru car wash again.
