Petro-Canada

While the place is nice & new the service leaves much to be desired. Making purchases at both the Petro and A&W counters was an unpleasant experience as both clerks seemed to be having a bad day. No greeting, no smile & no good bye - just pained expressions on their faces that I had the nerve to disturb them with my bubbly happy self at 11pm. Unfortunately I’ll be having to avoid this location if this is the level of service that is to be expected here - life’s too short to have to deal with that much unwarranted bitterness.

Renovated and 24/7 pump

The washroom here is usually very clean and warm, with just the right lighting. There is always toilet paper and soap, and the hand dryer works. It’s a great place to stop for a poop if necessary. The coffee is good too.

Gas prices goes up and down. This station is convenient for me, I live in the area. Get .03 cents off gas if you link your RBC Visa card with your Petro points card.

Very poorly managed. Workers often sleeping during early morning hours. There is usually only one worker that isn't well trained in how their own systems work. I have seen the workers lock themselves out of the station. They fail to put signs on pumps that aren't working or put the wrong signs on. I have seen the main door electronically locked in the middle of the day because the worker didnt know how to unlock it. A group of us waited over 25 minutes for the attendant to try to figure out how to turn all of the pumps on but all had to leave eventually - we were told they needed to shut them all down between shifts in the middle of the day apparently very confusing. The list goes on. The frustrating part is that all of the employees just laugh things off. I live 1 block away but won't come here for gas amymore as it's such a hassel dealing with the workers and their lack of knowledge or professionalism.
